She’s the kind of dog who is always ready to go do something fun—and then happily settle in beside you when the day is done. ❤️. Hazel currently lives with another large dog and does okay, but we think she would do best as an only dog Hazel is looking for someone who will appreciate her fun-loving, energetic personality and give her opportunities to run, explore, play, ride along, and be part of the family. If you're the type of person who says, “Want to go for a hike?” instead of “Want to stay home?”—Hazel may be your girl! 🥾🐾❤️ Hazel can be very excited when her person comes home, but the good news is that she settles down quickly. Because of that enthusiasm, she may be a little too exuberant for very young or small children and could accidentally knock them over. Hazel is ready to find her forever adventure partner! 🏡💗 She is a very amazing dog but cats and small animals are a big no for Hazel. 🏡 House-trained and trustworthy when left loose in the house 🛋️ Doesn’t tear things up when left alone during the day 🛏️ Would happily sleep with her person 🎾 LOVES playing with balls 🚗 LOVES going for rides 🥾 Would absolutely love a hike or outdoor adventure with an active person 🧠 Smart and eager to be involved 😍 Loves everyone—she definitely does NOT meet a stranger! Adoptions take place at the North Fayette PetSmart in Robinson Township. A little bit about us:  We are a Mississippi-based rescue dedicated to saving dogs and cats who might otherwise never have the opportunity.  Every month, we transport animals to this PetSmart. We have an amazing partnership with them!  Our cats and kittens stay at the adoption center there and are available for local adoption.
