Story
Meet Hunter!  This handsome 2-year-old Belgian Malinois came to us from an open admission shelter after being surrendered for no fault of his own. Hunter is looking for an active, breed savvy home that understands the needs of a Malinois and will help set him up for success. He bonds quickly with his people and is very in tune with his handler. Hunter does well with other dogs. While he is tolerant of male dogs, he would prefer a female dog companion. He has no history with cats. Hunter loves playing, walking, and hiking, and he does well on leash around both people and other dogs. He is house trained and does well in a kennel as well as a crate. If you think you may be the right fit for Hunter and are interested in giving this handsome guy his forever home, please fill out an adoption application here:  https://petpantrylc.org/rescue/adoption-application/October 23, 2026, 11:53 pm

Story
This is Cash. He is an un-neutured 4-year old Belgian Malinois. We do not have any paperwork to verify, so he may be mixed with German Sheperd. He is a very sweet, lovable dog. He has lots of energy, loves to play, jump, and lick. He needs a family that is able to spend a lot of time and effort with him. Unfortunately, it has been quite some time since he has been to the vet, so he is not up-to-date on vaccines. We also are unable to have him inside the home we are currently renting. It is very hard for us to admit that we are not able to provide him the life he needs and deserves, so we are looking to rehome him to a family who can.

Story
Meet Bramble, a 3-month-old Belgian Malinois/Great Pyrenees mix with an outgoing, energetic and adventurous personality. Bramble is ready for whatever comes next! Breed results for Bramble’s brother showed that these pups are a mix of 14 different breeds. The top breeds are 27% Belgian Malinois and 27% Great Pyrenees, followed by 9% German Shepherd, 8% Siberian Husky and 7% American Staffordshire Terrier. His predicted adult weight could be anywhere from 68 to 95 pounds, according to the test. Not surprisingly, Bramble is very smart. He’s crate trained and almost fully potty trained at 3 months old. He uses a doggy door at his foster home. He’s highly food motivated and very trainable. Bramble and his three siblings had mange when they were found and ended up on the euthanasia list at a rural shelter before they were pulled into rescue. But it’s hard to tell Bramble went through any hard times because he is highly friendly and social. He’s a go-getter who loves to do anything and everything. He loves to explore, and we think he would make a great hiking or walking partner. He will need a family with an active lifestyle. In his foster home, Bramble loves playing with the other dogs and is always in search of a toy. He’s going through his chewy phase so he will need lots of chew toys in his forever home. But it’s not always go go go. When Bramble tires himself out, he takes nice long naps in his crate. Bramble is ready to impress his forever family. Please apply if you have the time and energy to give to sweet Bramble. Story
Meet Oakley, a 3-month-old Belgian Malinois/Great Pyrenees mix with a tender heart and soulful eyes that are always looking at his person. Sweet Oakley is sure to be a “soul dog” for the lucky person who adopts him. Oakley’s breed results showed he is a mix of 14 different breeds. Not surprisingly, Oakley is very smart. He’s crate trained and almost fully potty trained at 3 months old. He uses a doggy door at his foster home. He’s highly food motivated and very trainable. Oakley and his three siblings had mange when they were found and ended up on the euthanasia list at a rural shelter before they were pulled into rescue. Oakley has had a bit of a rough start to life and can be a little shy, but give him a few pets and he is ready to snuggle. We think time and love will absolutely bring him out of his shell. Oakley is gentle and calm, but other dogs bring out his playful and silly side. Oakley absolutely adores other dogs and he immediately gets the body wiggles in their presence. We think he would thrive in a home with another dog, or a home where he has lots of opportunities to socialize with other dogs. If you’re the forever home where Oakley would thrive, please apply for this sweet and loyal boy.
