Story
This is Cash. He is an un-neutured 4-year old Belgian Malinois. We do not have any paperwork to verify, so he may be mixed with German Sheperd. He is a very sweet, lovable dog. He has lots of energy, loves to play, jump, and lick. He needs a family that is able to spend a lot of time and effort with him. Unfortunately, it has been quite some time since he has been to the vet, so he is not up-to-date on vaccines. We also are unable to have him inside the home we are currently renting. It is very hard for us to admit that we are not able to provide him the life he needs and deserves, so we are looking to rehome him to a family who can.

Story
Meet Hunter!  This handsome 2-year-old Belgian Malinois came to us from an open admission shelter after being surrendered for no fault of his own. Hunter is looking for an active, breed savvy home that understands the needs of a Malinois and will help set him up for success. He bonds quickly with his people and is very in tune with his handler. Hunter does well with other dogs. While he is tolerant of male dogs, he would prefer a female dog companion. He has no history with cats. Hunter loves playing, walking, and hiking, and he does well on leash around both people and other dogs. He is house trained and does well in a kennel as well as a crate. If you think you may be the right fit for Hunter and are interested in giving this handsome guy his forever home, please fill out an adoption application here:  https://petpantrylc.org/rescue/adoption-application/October 16, 2026, 11:03 am

Story
Meet Brownie! 👑🐾 Brownie is a 1½-year-old, 42-pound Shepherd mix who is sweet, energetic, affectionate, and absolutely convinced the world revolves around her! ❤️ And honestly… she may have a point. 😉 Brownie’s story began when someone found her as a puppy in South Texas in horrible condition. She was covered in fleas and ticks, frightened, and in desperate need of help. Thankfully, her finders took her in and gave her a chance. But as Brownie grew, so did her puppy energy. Her family realized they weren’t prepared for the energy and needs of a young dog and considered taking her to the pound. Rather than allow this sweet girl to face an uncertain future, they chose to surrender her to a wonderful sanctuary where she would be safe. Brownie has now been at the sanctuary for seven months, and sadly, no one has chosen her yet. And it’s absolutely no fault of her own. 💔 Brownie is a wonderful girl who is ready for a family that will appreciate her big personality, give her plenty of love, and keep her busy with all the things she enjoys. 👑 Meet the Diva Brownie is sweet, energetic, affectionate, and definitely knows what she wants! She is a vocal girl and will happily let you know when something doesn’t meet her very high Queen Brownie standards. 😂 Does she like something? She’ll tell you. Does she NOT like something? Oh, you’ll definitely hear about that too! She has a wonderfully expressive personality and a funny little diva streak that will keep her family laughing. Brownie loves attention and firmly believes that she should be the center of yours. ❤️ 🐕 Dog Friendly Brownie loves other dogs and would be perfectly happy sharing her home with another canine companion. That said, she would also be completely fine as your one-and-only dog. As long as she has her people, plenty of attention, and opportunities to play, Brownie is happy. 👧 Great with Kids Brownie would do well with children and would love having kids around to play with and shower her with attention. 🐱 Cats Brownie has not yet been formally cat-tested, but given her sweet and social demeanor, we believe she may do well with cats. A proper introduction and supervision would, of course, be important. 🏡 Working on Her House Manners Brownie is crate-trained and is currently working on mastering her house training. She’s a smart young girl who just needs a family willing to continue helping her learn. With patience, consistency, and a regular routine, Brownie should continue making great progress. 🥾 An Active Girl Looking for an Active Family Brownie has energy to burn and would love a family who enjoys walks, adventures, playtime, and outdoor activities. She enjoys her walks and would do wonderfully with regular neighborhood walks. She also loves playing with toys and would be thrilled to have a family who wants to spend time playing with her. She even likes trying to catch birds! 🐦😂 Don't worry—we don't let her! Brownie would love a family that will keep her body active and her mind engaged while also giving her plenty of affection and attention. ❤️ Why Brownie? Because underneath that hilarious diva personality is a really sweet girl who just wants to be loved. Brownie has already been through so much. She started life scared, covered in fleas and ticks, and unsure of what the future held. She was given a second chance, but after seven months at the sanctuary, she's still waiting for someone to look past her big personality and realize what a wonderful companion she could be. She doesn't need to be perfect. She just needs someone who will love her for exactly who she is—the energetic, affectionate, vocal, playful, slightly demanding, absolutely adorable Queen Brownie. 👑❤️ Brownie is ready for a family who will take her on adventures, play with her toys, take her for walks, give her all the attention she believes she deserves, and most importantly, love her forever. If you're looking for a sweet, energetic Shepherd mix with a big personality and even bigger heart, Brownie may be your girl. 🐾❤️ Seven months is far too long to wait for a forever family. Brownie is ready to be someone's Queen. 👑 PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW IF INTERESTED IN ADOPTING: The next step to adopt is to fill out an application on our website at: www.pawsitive-Impact-animal-rescue.org This doggy is spayed/neutered, heart worm negative, current on age-appropriate vaccinations, current on flea/tick and heart worm prevention, microchipped, current on de-wormer, and will receive a clean bill of health from a licensed veterinarian prior to transport.
