Story
She’s smart, eager, and full of puppy energy — the shelter is no place for a baby like her. Volunteers say she’s quick to learn and loves to sit patiently for treats. She just needs structure, love, and a home that can show her what life outside a kennel feels like.

Story
Here's what my friends at the shelter had to say about me! “Meet Chase! This guy is seriously handsome and knows how to work the camera. Every time I walked past his kennel, he was resting quietly, not making a sound. But once we got him outside, he totally opened up and showed his happy, energetic side. Chase is super friendly with both people and dogs, and he loves to play. He works well for treats, checks in often, and really seems like a people pleaser. He’s the kind of dog who’s going to make an awesome companion for someone.”

Story
We are looking for a very special home for Mira, our beautiful 2.5-year-old White German Shepherd, as we want to ensure she has the best possible quality of life. Mira is an anxious and sensitive dog, especially with new people and environments. However, once she feels safe and gets to know you, she becomes affectionate and playful. She bonds strongly with her people and enjoys engagement, structure, and companionship. Due to our current living situation, a small apartment in a tall building and a not so active lifestyle, we feel that we are not the best match to meet Mira's needs in the way she deserves. We believe she would thrive in a home that can offer her more space, routine, and activity. Mira would do best in: A home with experienced dog owners, ideally familiar with German Shepherds or anxious dogs A calm, structured environment A house with a yard or easy access to outdoor space And owners who can provide regular exercise
