This young German Shepherd mix has already written himself quite the comedy script. Picture this: a scrappy little wanderer roaming the streets of Palestine, TX, working up the courage to approach a stranger at a gas station. His sweet face looked up and he asked for help—and jackpot! The nice man popped him into his truck, and our pup promptly passed out for eight solid hours. That’s right, eight hours. He snoozed so hard you’d think he was auditioning for a mattress commercial. When he woke up, surprise! He was in a foster home with new friends, toys, and all the belly rubs he could dream of. Since then, he’s been making up for lost time with turbo-charged puppy energy: running, fetching, chewing, and barking like he’s got his own talk show. He’s especially fond of tug-of-war and wrestling—basically, if it’s rowdy, he’s in. Food is still a big deal for him (hey, when you’ve had to fight for scraps, you don’t just forget). He’s learning to share, but let’s be honest—food is delicious and worth fighting for! With a little training, though, he’ll be the perfect gentleman at mealtime. His Greatest Hits: “The Bark Show” – starring him, every time you walk by “Fast & Furriest” – zoomies edition “Wrestlemania: Puppy Edition” – featuring his foster siblings “Guardians of the Food Bowl” – coming soon to a kitchen near you His Dream Home: A patient, fun-loving family who can keep up with his antics, laugh at his jokes (yes, he thinks he’s hilarious), and give him the forever stage he deserves. Story
Lucky was adopted 6 months ago he’s one years old. He is a big cuddle bug and loves playing. He walks on a leash like a pro, fully house trained, and will do anything for a treat. Kennel trained, that’s where he sleeps. He needs owners that are able to give him lots of exercise and plenty of snuggles. He thinks he’s a lap dog, doesn’t know his size and will want to sit in your lap. He lives in a house with cats, another smaller dog and kids. We will miss his sweet face and gentle personality. Unfortunately we are moving and they don’t allow big dogs.

This gorgeous girl is the perfect mix of playful athlete and world-class snuggler. She is fully potty trained, kennel trained (she happily eats, sleeps, and waits for treats in her private suite), and is good on a leash. Sadie adores her people, wears her emotions on her sleeve, and will even "talk" to you when she has something important to share! Because she’s a big girl, she’d do best in a home with a yard (any size)to stretch her legs, older kids, or a playful friend who enjoys a good wrestling match. Sadie is an excellent watch-dog who only barks when there's a good reason, though she can be bashful around sudden, loud noises. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will guard your heart and keep you laughing, Sadie is your girl!

**COURTESY POST**CONTACT OWNER AT ecvgovea@gmail.com Lola is her name. German Shepherd mix. Up to date on shots and heart wormer pill. Loves walks, to play catch, loves attention, belly rubs, treats, **allergic to chicken we believe** so she does beef products all around. Knows simple commands. Primarily inside dog, unless she needs to go the bathroom or is outside with us. She is about 90lbs, she is great with kids, adults, and other animals. When it comes to playing with dogs she gets hyper and her anxiety takes a moment for her to calm down but she definitely needs a buddy to play with. Unfortunately, our little family has a hit a moment where I am being forced to completely minimize everything we have that needs our attention or love. Lola is a very good dog she just needs a family who can give her the same attention back and is able to continue to work on her listening skills, she easily catches on just needs the stability. I am a mother of 3 little ones and I have mentally been broken. I am asking for any help as soon as possible. Please no judgement and please know I love Lola but I know this has to be best for both of us and want nothing but the best for her. She will have her dog bed, dog food and container, dog bowl set up, all leashes and harness, all medical records that I have on hand and the remainder on her heart guard for the dewormer preventive.

Sunshine continues to gain confidence in her foster home and has even started playing with her canine foster siblings. She feels most secure around other dogs, but it’s clear she wants to trust people, she just needs time and patience. Sunshine will do best in a home with another dog who enjoys some playtime but is also content just hanging out. We know finding the right home for her may take time, she won’t fall in love overnight, won’t immediately give kisses, and may retreat to a quiet corner at first. But she just needs one person willing to believe in her and give her the space to feel safe and build trust. Sunshine is non destructive and does not require a kennel. She is potty trained and perfectly happy lounging around the house. Sunshine is a 10 year old, 84 lb German Shepherd mix. If you’re interested in giving this sweet senior the chance she deserves, please submit an application at www.rescuerowinc.org No apartments please. *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 2-4 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows (paid by cash or a check made out to Rescue Row): Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee  Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee  Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##1974422##
