FOREVER HOME NEEDED (currently in foster care) Meet Cole! Cole is an adorable 1-year-old, 9 lb Yorkiepoo who came to us as an owner surrender when his previous owner could no longer care for him. He is currently thriving in a foster home and is ready to find his forever family! Cole is a happy, energetic, and playful little guy with a big personality packed into a small body. He is extremely social, loves people, and absolutely lives for playtime with other dogs. He plays hard, can be vocal, and has a ton of youthful puppy energy ~ so he is looking for a home with another young, playful dog who can be his full-time playmate and help keep him well-socialized and fulfilled. Because of his energy level and vocal nature, Cole requires a freestanding home with a securely fenced yard — apartments, condos, and shared-wall living are not a good fit for him. He also does not do well with crate confinement and prefers the freedom to move around and explore his home environment. Cole is smart, eager, and still very much in his puppy phase. He will benefit from an adopter who is committed to continuing his training, providing structure, and giving him plenty of physical and mental outlets. A young, active household that enjoys play, enrichment, and daily activity would be ideal for him. This spunky boy will also need regular grooming to keep his soft coat healthy and looking its best. At the end of a busy day, Cole loves to cuddle up and soak in attention from his people ~ he’s affectionate, sweet, and full of love! If you’re looking for a fun, energetic companion and have a playful dog at home looking for a best friend, Cole may be the perfect match for you! She can be nervous and does not enjoy long car rides or new places. She is potty trained/house trained. She is a happy dog with lots of energy. She is very smart and playful with other dogs. She would love to have another dog in the home. She could possibly be an only dog but she would need a home where someone is home most of the time.
