If you are looking for a small, friendly, playful dog for you and your resident small dog, then Izzy could be the one! She is a 3 year old, 16 lb Lhasa Apso/Yorkie mix, but breed mix is just our best guess. This little girl had a rough start in life, and she was shy at first, but she has come a long way in her foster home. She now loves to sit in foster mom's lap, and she is allowed to sleep with them too. Izzy loves playing and just hanging out with with the other small dogs in her foster home, so she will be her happiest in a home with another small companion dog. She loves to play with toys and will collect them and play with them all day. Izzy came to us with a serious eye injury, so her eye had to be removed. This has not had any negative effect on her, and she actually feels a lot better. She has some allergies, so she may need allergy meds or shots from time to time. If you are looking for a smart, sassy, affectionate, loyal companion, Daisy is your girl! She is four months old, weighs four lbs, and we are guessing she is a Shih Tzu mix. Daisy is your typical puppy, learning new things every day. She is close to being fully housetrained and crate trained. Daisy has sharp little baby teeth, so she will need lots of sturdy chew toys. She gets along with her senior foster brother dog. She has a lot of energy but also enjoys her naps, whether in your lap or in her crate. Daisy will do best in an active home that can provide her with patience, consistence, training, and lots of attention and love. Introducing Charlie! He is a 10 year old, 20 lb ShihTzu mix. He was living his good life in his previous home until his person became too ill to care for him. Humane Tomorrow promised we would find a great home for him. 10 is the new 7 in ShihTzu years, so no worries about his age. You can see that he has a little snaggle tooth if you look real close. This only adds to his cuteness and charm! Charlie has a sweet temperament. He enjoys going on walks and has great leash manners. He also likes car rides. He may be a little cautious when meeting new people, but he warms up quickly. Charlie gets along with the other small dog in his foster home.
