Story
Meet Snowbank  If joy had a face, it would look a lot like Snowbank. This goofy, fun-loving Bichon mix is basically a walking celebration. Happy to see you? Celebration. Going outside? Celebration. You looked in his general direction? Full confetti parade. Snowbank is the kind of dog who loves everything and everyone. People? Best friends. Other dogs? Party time. Toys? Greatest invention of all time. He brings a light, silly energy wherever he goes and has a talent for turning ordinary moments into laugh-out-loud memories. He’s playful without being overwhelming and affectionate without being clingy — the perfect balance of cuddle buddy and daytime entertainment. Expect zoomies, wiggly greetings, and a dog who acts like every day is the best day ever. If your home could use more laughter, more tail wags, and a little fluffy chaos in the most lovable form… Snowbank is ready to move in and start the party. Story
Emery is the kind of dog you don’t just meet—you feel. She has the sweetest, calmest presence and quickly becomes your little shadow, always ready to quietly keep you company. She’s a beautiful poodle mix (around 3–4 years old) is as gentle as they come. She’s incredibly affectionate, loves her people deeply, and will happily roll over for endless belly rubs, her absolute favorite thing in the world. Whether it’s cuddling on the couch or simply being near you, Emery is at her happiest when she’s loved on. She has a low energy, easygoing nature and would thrive in a calm, loving home where she can relax, feel safe, and soak up attention. She’s wonderful with kids, does well with both small and large dogs, and even gets along with cats. Emery is potty trained and learning basic commands like “sit.” She walks on a leash but can be a little unsure at times, so she’ll do best with someone patient and gentle as she builds confidence. She does enjoy being outside, but will need a secure environment as she can try to wander if given the chance. She is currently being treated for heartworm and may have some skin sensitivities, so her future family should be committed to her care and ongoing wellness. Her soft, curly coat will also need regular grooming to keep her comfortable and healthy. Emery is truly something special, sweet, quiet, and full of love to give. She’s just waiting for a home where she can finally settle in and be someone’s heart dog. He/She is heartworm positive but has already received the ProHeart-12 injection and is currently undergoing treatment. Will need a recheck in nine months to ensure he/she is on the path to full recovery. Adoption fee is: $400 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022

Story
Meet Michael Myers – A Spooky Name for a Sweet, Scared Little Soul Michael Myers is a 5-year-old Bichon Frise–Maltese mix with a fluffy white coat and a compact 20-lb frame. Recently pulled from a shelter, he carries the weight of an unknown past, and some of that shows in his behavior. Despite his dramatic name, Michael isn’t frightening—he’s simply a sensitive dog who reacts out of fear and may snap or try to bite when he feels unsafe or overwhelmed. What Michael needs most is a calm, patient, dog-savvy home that understands fear-based behavior. He will benefit from consistent training to help him learn manners, build confidence, and improve his potty routine. A quiet environment will help him feel secure and allow him the space he needs to adjust at his own pace. Because he startles easily, a home without small children is best. With time and trust, Michael reveals a softer side. His big, expressive eyes tell you everything he can’t say, and once he feels safe, he offers gentle moments of affection that feel truly earned. He may not be the right dog for everyone, but for someone who believes in second chances and understands the power of patience, Michael Myers has the potential to become an incredibly rewarding companion. If you’re ready to help a fearful pup rewrite his story, Michael may be waiting just for you. Adoption fee is: $100 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable.
