Nemo is a sweet and mischievous 10 month old, 19 pound pup full of energy and love to give. Friendly with dogs and cats, and sweet with adults and children, although he is a bit shy at first, he usually adapts to his environment quite quickly. He is shy and grumpy to meet new dogs, but a little time, he begins to trust, he has no problem with them being small or large despite his small size. He loves receiving pampering, lots of love, hugs and kisses, playing with balls even if they are bigger than him, and sleeping in a big, warm bed. Potty trained (Sometimes he still has accidents). He is small. he won't grow up more. The $350.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to San Diego, CA. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Meet Riplee, a Shepherd/Black Mouth Cur mix who’s as smart as she is sweet—and a true shelter favorite! With her soulful eyes, eager-to-please personality, and playful spirit, Riplee quickly wins over everyone she meets. She loves meeting new people, going for long walks, and even playing in the sprinklers! While she can sometimes be a little cautious around men at first, a few treats and some patience seal the deal—her favorite volunteers include plenty of gentlemen. Riplee has been a shining star at PAWS and even had the chance to meet Heidi Moneymaker, the famous stuntwoman, at the Coronado Island Film Festival! She’s full of energy for playtime and adventures, and would thrive with a dog who matches her tumble-and-play style. But when the day winds down, she’s just as happy to curl up on the couch for snuggles. She walks well on leash, though she’s strong and continues to build her skills with the help of our trainers and volunteers. Riplee already knows “sit,” “down,” and “relax” on a mat, making her a wonderful companion both on adventures and at home. Riplee has a history of playing with other dogs and because she gets very excited around cats, she would do best with a canine companion who matches her excited, tumble-play style. She is ready to bring endless tail wags, joy, and loyalty to a loving family who will guide her, play with her, and snuggle with her at the end of every fun-filled day.
