Nemo is a sweet and mischievous 10 month old, 19 pound pup full of energy and love to give. Friendly with dogs and cats, and sweet with adults and children, although he is a bit shy at first, he usually adapts to his environment quite quickly. He is shy and grumpy to meet new dogs, but a little time, he begins to trust, he has no problem with them being small or large despite his small size. He loves receiving pampering, lots of love, hugs and kisses, playing with balls even if they are bigger than him, and sleeping in a big, warm bed. Potty trained (Sometimes he still has accidents). He is small. he won't grow up more. The $350.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to San Diego, CA. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash. I survived burns on the streets, but that didn’t stop me from being the sweetest, most lovable baby girl in the sanctuary. I have only love and kindness to give. My eyes are like the biggest hug you’ve ever felt, and I adore every human, dog, and especially kids that I meet. I’m happiest when I’m zooming around, cuddling, exploring, and sharing all the joy in my heart. Bethany and her siblings – Boomer, Blanca, Caleb, Dan, Errol, Trudy, Traci – were taken from a home down the road from the Sanctuary. The puppies were already out on the street, foraging for food. We spayed the mom and took her back to the owner. Nessy is a sweet, easygoing girl who loves being close to her people. She has a calm routine during the day—enjoying naps while her foster parents work—then comes alive in the evening for walks, playtime, and training. Nessy enjoys daily strolls (especially when she can stop and sniff!), relaxing at the park, and chewing on her favorite bully sticks or frozen lick treats.She’s house-trained, quiet, and well-mannered in the home. Nessy walks nicely on leash, knows cues like sit, down, touch, place, kennel, wait, and come, and is currently working on learning some fun new tricks. More than anything, Nessy’s favorite place is right near her people, soaking up love and the occasional good scratch.
