OK, she has her fun and cray cray times when she sees you!! :) Frances has truly never met a stranger and believes everyone she meets is (or should be!) her new best friend. Her favorite way to say hello? Jumping up for the sweetest hugs. 💗 She walks beautifully on a leash and is crate trained, making her an easy and well-mannered companion. Frances has been through a lot over the past six months, and she’s finally ready to start the next chapter of her life with a family of her own. Elena is a dream girl!! She is likely a black mouth cur mix with sugar and spice and everything NICE :) She is extremely loyal and loves getting cuddles from her people. She likes to nose butt your arm for attention, and absolutely loves squeaky toys. She also will just stare at you with her gorgeous, soft eyes, and will you to scratch or kiss her :) She is house trained, crate trained, and good with other animals/children. Her foster has 6 dogs and 1 cat that she gets along with really well; however, it is worth mentioning that she can get territorial in a new environment with other dogs, so it would be best for her to go to an experienced dog home, or as an only dog. Honestly, she can be with other dogs as long as you are the boss and she knows it :) Elena knows how to sit, wait to eat her food until she is told to &"go ahead "She loves kids, and does well with even the littlest ones hugging on her. One of her favorite hobbies is to watch the squirrels in the backyard. She will sit and watch them for hours, if allowed to! Elena is such a good dog, and is ready for her furever home. Would you be willing to give this sweet girl a chance? Marty was found in a Walmart parking lot along with his brother Wally. MEET ROMEO, a handsome, loyal, protective Black Mouth Cur. Romeo is a gorgeous 6-1/2-year-old male, and he weighs about 74 lbs. (His shelter paperwork says shepherd-boxer mix). Romeo loves to walk, hike and be with his person or people. He would be a wonderful companion for someone who loves to hike and go on exciting journeys! Romeo is a great guard dog and can be protective with people he does not know, so would do best in a non-congested area where neighbors aren't a concern or with an experienced adopter. Romeo also has a prey drive, so needs a strong owner. He has done great with other dogs in a home setting. He's incredibly smart, affectionate, and will attach to his person or people. His bond is very strong. He is not a big fan of kids. Romeo is easy to groom, is playful, and loves a good belly rub! He will benefit from exercise, and people who understand his breed.
