Story
Meet Howdy 🤠 Howdy was estimated to be about 1 year old but the vet believes he may be 3-4. He is a very sweet and needy boy. Our smaller dog is very chaotic and reactive and in turn, causes Howdy to become reactive. Howdy is not a reactive dog when he is by himself. He learns your routine quickly. He does well when he needs to be kenneled and he has never ever tried to destroy or chew anything. He has a very calm demeanor and is very much a giant lap dog. I believe Howdy would do best with a family or older couple that has a backyard. He does good with other dogs but is shy and timid at first. He does well with cats.

Story
Hey there, I'm Apollo and I must say, I'm quite the sweet boy! Although, I have to admit, I can get a bit jumpy at times. It's not because I'm scared, it's just because my eyesight isn't the greatest. So, when something pops up unexpectedly, I get startled and let out a little "whoa!" But don't worry, all I need is some happy talk to get me back on track. And let me tell you, once I hear a familiar, upbeat voice, my wiggles can't be contained!I'm a big fan of hugs and love to give them to my friends. And here's a little secret, it doesn't take much to become my friend. Just a little bit of happy talk and we'll be best buds in no time! So get ready for some squishy Apollo hugs, because once you're in my inner circle, there's no turning back. When I'm not giving out hugs, I love to lay in the grass with a good chewy. There's nothing better than feeling the soft blades of grass under my paws while I chomp away on a delicious treat. I also love to go for walks, especially when there are new smells to discover. You see, I have a great sniffer! I can pick up scents from miles away and it's always exciting to follow my nose and see where it leads me. Maybe it will lead me to you and I being best friends forever!

Story
Miss Bug is sweeter than a cup of cocoa with extra marshmallows! This cutie is the best hugger with an A+ cuddle game. Shy when rescued several months ago, this "wiggle butt" has fully blossomed into the bouncy and fun-loving puppy she was meant to be! The world is Bug's toy, and she's ready to play. She has taught herself “fetch” and will chase a yellow ball all day long. She also loves gathering all of her stuffed animals into a big ol’ pile and lying right in the middle. In her foster home, Bug lives happily amongst her kitty companions, but might do better as the only dog in the house. She adores her humans and will follow you all day if you let her. But don't let that fool you - this little girl still has a curious mind and enjoys a good sniffari in the backyard. An official Squirrel Patrol captain, Bug also does an excellent job of controlling the riff raff. Bug would do best with a family that is devoted to raising a puppy. She needs a loving home where she can practice walking on a leash and learning what is and is not a chew toy. With a little help from you, this pup will be your cuddle bug, your love bug and your very best friend. Apply to meet her!
