Story
Juana has a bad past, she was dumped twice in a shelter before I rescued her. It took time for her to trust humans again and need to be patient with her. She is very smart, very active and very loving. She loves the outdoors but she's inside most of the time. Loves toys and chewing bones, she will carry it around everywhere. She's is good in cars and will let you know when she needs to go outside. The perfect forever home would be somewhere where she's allowed to be outside and with someone who will have patience to get to know her and bond with her, once she bonds with you she's very protective and smart and will let you know if anything if off, again very smart. Loves being silly and a little crazy sometimes. She would be the perfect farm dog for a good family!

Story
We got Cannoli from a rescue in Florida. She is the absolute sweetest girl. She doesn’t really like to play with toys but she’s always down for a good cuddle session. When we got her, we only had a two year old at the time, and they got along great! We now have a 4 year old and 1 year old. Cannoli has nipped at our 1 year old when he went on her bed while she was laying there. I get that he was in her space however I don’t want to take any chances. Take away that incident, I haven’t had any issues with her. She loves to sun bathe. She is terrified of storms. She does like to sneak food that is left on the counter if you leave the house. She’s never been in a kennel for the time that I’ve had her. She prefers to go to a home where she’s allowed on the couch / bed. She listens very well. She’s one of those dogs that you can leave the front door open and she won’t run out. If you’re looking for a protection dog, she is not it lol. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Story
Hey there, I`m Apollo and I must say, I`m quite the sweet boy! Although, I have to admit, I can get a bit jumpy at times. It`s not because I`m scared, it`s just because my eyesight isn`t the greatest. So, when something pops up unexpectedly, I get startled and let out a little `whoa!` But don`t worry, all I need is some happy talk to get me back on track. And let me tell you, once I hear a familiar, upbeat voice, my wiggles can`t be contained!I`m a big fan of hugs and love to give them to my friends. And here`s a little secret, it doesn`t take much to become my friend. Just a little bit of happy talk and we`ll be best buds in no time! So get ready for some squishy Apollo hugs, because once you`re in my inner circle, there`s no turning back. When I`m not giving out hugs, I love to lay in the grass with a good chewy. There`s nothing better than feeling the soft blades of grass under my paws while I chomp away on a delicious treat. I also love to go for walks, especially when there are new smells to discover. You see, I have a great sniffer! I can pick up scents from miles away and it`s always exciting to follow my nose and see where it leads me. Maybe it will lead me to you and I being best friends forever!

Story
Handsome Major is ready to march his way into your heart! This sweet boy is a sensitive, affectionate pup who is looking for his permanent landing zone. Major has been busy proving just how wonderful he is. During a recent stay at Kara’s K9s, he received a glowing report card, with staff noting that he excels in big group play and has never met a pup he didn’t like. This sentiment is echoed by his current foster, who describes Major as a gentle soul who gets along famously with other dogs. He has handled a lot of change with grace, and he is more than ready to find a family to call his own. Whether it’s group play at daycare or relaxing at home, Major plays well with others and stays gentle while settling into new environments. Major is already potty trained, crate trained, and knows basic commands like “sit” and “no.” Because he is intelligent and eager to please, he is ready to learn so much more! Beneath his sometimes shy exterior lies a deeply affectionate pup. Once he warms up to you, he is happiest when he’s right by your side, living up to his reputation as a professional snuggle buddy. As a Black Mouth Cur mix, Major thrives on daily walks and engaging play. He is the perfect partner for an active home that can match his youthful, loving energy. Major is a loyal, intelligent companion who bonds strongly with his people. He is ready to be your guardian, your adventure partner, and your best friend. This brave, loving heart truly deserves a place to land permanently.
