Story
This is Graham, and ever since his earliest days, he has been *terrified* of strangers. It does take him a while to warm up and come out of his shell. He will growl and bark and act all scary but he just needs a minute to meet the person and for them to let him come to them. Treats and toys are a good icebreaker for him, then once he does trust you, ITS ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!!! He is a VERY sweet, playful little man. The best work to describe Graham is Goofball! Hes so silly, it sometimes feels intentional. He will play all day even by himself. Hesit and watch tv (especially DogTV) with you. Graham also loves to play in the pool! Would probably be a great dog to take to the river! He is good with cats and dogs just NOT children. I am not trying to bring him to our local shelter due to his reactive behavior and their high euthanasia rates - he wouldnt survive a day. I just want make sure Graham gets the best chance at life and for him to learn that people arent so scary.

Story
Hey there, I'm Apollo and I must say, I'm quite the sweet boy! Although, I have to admit, I can get a bit jumpy at times. It's not because I'm scared, it's just because my eyesight isn't the greatest. So, when something pops up unexpectedly, I get startled and let out a little "whoa!" But don't worry, all I need is some happy talk to get me back on track. And let me tell you, once I hear a familiar, upbeat voice, my wiggles can't be contained!I'm a big fan of hugs and love to give them to my friends. And here's a little secret, it doesn't take much to become my friend. Just a little bit of happy talk and we'll be best buds in no time! So get ready for some squishy Apollo hugs, because once you're in my inner circle, there's no turning back. When I'm not giving out hugs, I love to lay in the grass with a good chewy. There's nothing better than feeling the soft blades of grass under my paws while I chomp away on a delicious treat. I also love to go for walks, especially when there are new smells to discover. You see, I have a great sniffer! I can pick up scents from miles away and it's always exciting to follow my nose and see where it leads me. Maybe it will lead me to you and I being best friends forever!

Story
Miss June Bug is sweeter than a cup of cocoa with extra marshmallows! This cutie is the best hugger with an A+ cuddle game. June Bug came to us from a not-so-sweet situation that left her a little afraid of the world. Since being with her foster family, she has fully blossomed into the bouncy and fun-loving puppy she was meant to be! The world is her toy, and she's ready to play. She has taught herself “fetch” and will chase a yellow ball all day long. She also loves gathering all of her stuffed animals into a big ol’ pile and lying right in the middle. In her foster home, June Bug lives happily with both dogs and cats of every age and size. She adores her humans and will follow you all day if you let her. But don't let that fool you - this little girl still has a curious mind and enjoys a good sniffari in the backyard. As a baby she was only permitted to live outside, but she has been working super hard on her potty training and has made stellar progress! Miss June Bug would do best with a family that has a lot of time and patience for a puppy that is still learning how to be a brave girl. She needs a loving home where she can practice walking on a leash, finding her voice to ask for potty breaks, and learning what is and is not a chew toy. If you need a good reminder to pick up the clutter, she's happy to help! With a little time and a whole lot of love, this sweet girl will be your best friend for life. Apply to meet her!

Story
Meet Taylor Swift ATTENTION all "Swifties", Taylor Swift has entered the building! My foster family says I'm a fun loving girl. In spite of my humble beginnings, I have quickly learned the ropes to indoor living....and I'm all in. I love warm hugs, cuddles, belly rubs, soft beds, toys, treat-motivated, and having a backyard to run around in. I am still a maturing puppy. Life with my foster family has been much more glamorous than my past life. I live with two kids (as young as 6 years old) and two older dog-brothers. I love the activity of kids and animals; I also enjoy a cozy place next to you for naps. I play with my dog-brothers; we share toys, dog beds, and water bowl. My eldest dog-brother mostly ignores me, but I don't mind. When I arrived at my foster's house, there were a lot of rules I had to learn quickly. I am proud to say I am now house and potty trained! I respond to stay down, do your business, sit, shake, come, and working on get in your crate. I know my name and will come when called if I run out the back gate or through the front door. I sleep in a kennel/crate through the night and during the days when no one is home. I sit, walk on a leash, and take my treats gently. I am however, still refining my manners. My foster mom says I am a little bit jumpy and a lot licky. I am just so happy to have people who care for me that I am still learning the best way to show my appreciation. I have a BIG girl bark but I don't bark often. I like toys, balls, ropes, stuffies, and all kinds of chew toys. I've ridden in the car some and have done well. I am a smart girl, fast learner, and eager to please you. I have caught 1 rat, treed some squirrels and don't know what a cat is. I would do best in a home that likes to have a good time, that likes outdoor activities, with or without other animals. I just need attention and a secure fence with lots of toys. I can't wait to meet you and start living our best lives together.
