Maybelle is a 4-year-old purebred Bloodhound from a champion bloodline in Asheville, NC. She is up to date on all of her shots and is not spayed. Finding Maybelle a new home is the hardest decision we have ever had to make. We love her tremendously, and this is not because of anything she has done. Due to family circumstances, we have to move and cannot find an apartment that will give her the space she deserves. Maybelle is truly the most perfect, gentle dog. She loves everyone and is wonderful with people. She would happily snuggle with a child or grandma, sleep beside you all day, or spend the day hiking and exploring. She is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and easygoing. Her ideal home would be a house with a securely fenced yard where she can roam freely. A home without a yard could work for someone committed to walking her at least twice a day. We want her to find a loving forever home that understands how special she is. Giving her up is the hardest decision we’ve ever had.

Millie came from a Newfie breeder that had a female get out of the yard while in heat for about 30 minutes. She bred her to another Newfie but when the pups were born something wasn't right. She DNA tested her and she has golden retriever and bloodhound in her as well as newfie. So she turned to us for help placing them in loving homes. We still have 3 girls available and they were born on Feb 19. Millie has the most perfect eyes! And she is definitely a poser. She can be prissy but she can also play hard! She also loves the water. If you are looking for a gentle giant that loves affection and water, Millie is your girl. She is UTD on all required vaccines and is microchipped.
