Story
Maddie’s DNA results are in! According to Wisdom Panel, she’s a mix of four breeds, with Bloodhound and German Shepherd as her top two. At 2 years old and 60 pounds, this sweet girl is ready to find her forever home. Maddie loves playing with other dogs and would do best in a home with a large, playful companion who matches her energetic play style. She is potty trained and kennel trained, though she’s not the biggest fan of her kennel, so a home where someone is around most of the time would be ideal. She’s a strong girl and needs an experienced adopter—she’s currently working with a trainer to improve her leash skills. Maddie adores every person she meets, but because of her size and strength, any children in the home should be at least 7 years old and steady on their feet. She would never knock a child over on purpose, but she doesn’t always realize how big she is. No cats! If you’re interested in adopting Maddie, please submit an application at www.rescuerowinc.org. *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 2-4 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a home check *Our adoption fees are as follows paid by cash, a check made out to Rescue Row, Venmo: @Rescue-Row or at Zelle: info@rescuerowinc.org      Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee      Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##2088340##

Story
Hi! My name is Coraline (Cora for short). I am a sweet bloodhound estimated to be about 10 years old and around 75 pounds. While I love my people, I would probably do best with older kids since I am so big and playful at times. I love me some food and will remind you by the typical bloodhound baying when it is time to eat in the morning. Otherwise, I am pretty quiet. I am highly food motivated! I love to chew on bones! That is my most favorite past time besides sleeping. I currently live with other dogs While I wont be friends with another dog, I am just fine in the company of the calmer dogs in my foster home. Being a hound, hyper active dogs tend to make me nervous so I think I would rather be in a home with older dogs or just me, myself and I and my humans is fine too! I have been cat tested a few times and I just ignore them. My foster mom thinks I am pretty smart and I have proved that I can learn the rules of the house quite quickly. Guess what?! Since I am older now, I am potty trained completely and actually like my crate. Also, I have been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped! I do not chew on things in my foster home (another benefit of me being older those puppies out there cant say that!). So? Have I convinced you that I am your dog? Story
Flash is about a year and a half old. We got him from a shelter with his brother, however his brother did not make it due to Parvo. Flash is great on walks (but needs someone strong to hold onto him), great with other dogs, and great with people. He is also a pure love bug and loves to snuggle. He will let you love on him non stop. He can be a bit food aggressive and still has a bit of a biting problem when playing. Loves chasing a ball or playing tug. He knows "bed" (will go to bed and sit), "sit", "down", "up", and "paw"; "come" still needs a little work (bloodhounds are known to be a bit stubborn!).

Story
Pepper is very sweet and cuddly and very energetic. She is 1.5 year old so still in puppy mode. She is house trained - sits by the door when she needs to go out. She has been showing aggression to our German Shephard which is why we need to rehome her. It occurs around food, treats, and toys, but it may be best for her to be in a single-dog home. We have a cat but he stays alone. She loves to play and cuddle. She will spend an hour just with her bone. Walks well on a leash and loves attention of any kind. She is good with our 5 year old daughter. She is very kind and will let daughter put her hand in Pepper's mouth - very gentle/no aggression even if the kid takes her toys or food. She does get excited when running around the house and can be a little pushy, so little ones just need to stand their ground. She is very food driven (it's that bloodhound nose!) And responds well to treats. She will sit to be fed or be let out. Pepper is also very protective of her space/good guard dog!
