Uther is a 2.5 year old Blue Lacy mix who loves playing with other dogs and lying in the sun. He picks up on training quickly and thrives when given a task. He walks well on a leash and responds to an attention sound. He gets along well with other dogs, and his favorite playmates are his size or larger -- he loves being chased and rolled over. We adopted this dog when he was just a puppy found on a ranch, but we've realized that our small apartment and one-dog limit isn't right for him. His ideal home has a yard and another dog for him to play with.

This lovely young girl is a medium-sized pup with a short, smooth coat in a stunning charcoal “blue” gray. She looks like a Blue Lacy mixed with American Pit Bull Terrier, though we can’t say for certain. Her most captivating feature is her large, soulful amber eyes that give her an incredibly expressive and attentive look. Paired with her soft, floppy ears, she has a naturally gentle presence that draws you in. At around 35 pounds, she’s a wonderful, manageable size—big enough for outdoor adventures and cozy enough to curl up right beside you. She may be a little shy when meeting new people, but beneath that reserved start is a very sweet and tender-hearted companion. Once she begins to feel comfortable, her affectionate nature really shines. She’s still new to us and taking in the world at her own pace, and it’s been a joy to watch her personality blossom more each day. With a little patience and kindness, she’s sure to continue building confidence and forming strong bonds with her people. If you’re looking for a soft-eyed, loyal companion with a quiet sweetness, she would love the chance to grow by your side. We found a pregnant dog and took care of her and her puppies until they could find new homes. Harper is one of those puppies. She currently lives with my Parents but they hurt themselves and had surgery. They don’t have enough time or resources to give her the activity she needs. She is super loving and playful. She had lots of energy and wants activity all the time. She has been living with other dogs and cats and my little siblings so she is comfortable around all of those.
