HANK's Story Est. DOB: 04/22/2022 Adoption fee: $259 Meet Hank – A Brave Soul Looking for His Healing Home Hank is a handsome Australian Cattle Dog with a tender spirit and a heart that’s ready to learn what love truly feels like. Born into a boarding kennel with very little human interaction, Hank spent his early life surrounded by many dogs but without the comfort of blankets, toys, treats, or consistent people who cared for him. Because of this, he missed out on the socialization and stability that every dog deserves. Today, Hank is a sensitive and nervous boy—especially around new people. But beneath that fear is a dog who wants to trust, who watches quietly, who tries hard, and who blossoms in small ways when treated with patience and kindness. Once he knows you, he enjoys gentle pets and showing you his zoomies in the yard. Hank needs a very special adopter: -Someone experienced with fearful or under socialized dogs -A quiet, child-free home with very limited chaos -People who are home often and willing to go at Hank’s pace -A commitment to exclusively positive reinforcement -A promise to celebrate the tiny victories along the way For the right person, Hank will be an incredibly rewarding companion. His adoption will include training support to help set both him and his new family up for success. Hank may never be the kind of dog who wants to go everywhere or meet everyone—but he has the potential to become a loyal, trusting friend to someone patient enough to guide him. If you have the heart, the experience, and the time to help a dog heal from a rough beginning, Hank is waiting for you.

Story
Romina’s story almost ended before it truly began. 💔 She had very little time left when we came across a random post and knew we had to act immediately. That moment of urgency is what saved her life. Now, this 3-year-old mini Aussie mix is getting ready for a brand-new beginning — she is being fostered in Des Moines, WA, thanks to one of our dearest adopters who opened their home and heart to her. Romina is active, playful, friendly, and incredibly smart. She loves puzzles, enjoys walks, rides and water! She does great on leash, is potty trained, and is an all-around fun, sweet companion. She would thrive with another dog friend to help release her energy and with a family who has the time, space, and commitment to fill her days with love and care and take her on adventures evrywhere! She was given a second chance just in time — now she’s waiting for her forever. If you feel a connection, send in an application and let’s see if you’re her perfect match. ✨

Story
I am rehoming my Aussie/heeler mix pup due to unforeseen circumstances. His name is Drogo and he is 1 year and 9 months old. He is up to date with his shots and has a clean health record. He is about 60 lbs and he is not neutered. Drogo is a very sweet dog and loves to be around his people. He is very loyal but he will have a favorite human. He does well with cats since he grew up with one. He likes other dogs but he is better with dogs that can match his energy as he is a very high energy dog. Drogo is a very smart dog. He has been through a lot of training since he was a puppy. He knows a lot of commands and he can learn any tricks fast. He is potty trained and crate trained. He also walks well on a leash. Due to his high energy, he will need consistent training and/or playtime. However, Drogo also knows when to settle down and rest. He will do well with someone who is active and/or a home with a big yard. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact me!

Story
We adopted him from an abused shelter and he became our favorite pet and companion and became our ESA. He is a very loyal guard dog who will attack anybody who comes near you or your property. Unfortunately, because he was trained to be a guard dog, he has issues with strangers, especially larger males, and he takes some time to adapt. He seems to do much better with women. He fairs well as an outside dog and has a thick coat, as long as there is a small heaterHis instincts are to herd, and kill anything that is a threat to a farm, including coyotes and even mice. Because he is a wolf breed, and young, he is always trying to find his place in the “pack”, which doesn’t mix well with young children. I wouldn’t adopt him unless your children are 12 or older. We are trying to have a child, and we just don’t think he will be suited for us. We recommend a good space to run and play. He is hyper, loving, loyal and trained. We will travel to help assimilate him.
