We've had Kevin since he was a puppy. He is 7 years old. He loves playing with other dogs, and has a herding mentality based on his breed. He is very friendly to people and loves being pet, long walks (on and off leash), playing with toys and of course he loves to eat! Unfortunately, sometimes Kevin will growl or snap when not in the mood to play, which is hard to determine. This especially happens when he is resting but sometimes can get triggered if he's just not in the mood. This behavior is very infrequent, but he has nipped a person or two (nothing bad, but enough to cause concern). We are looking for a home for Kevin where there is another dog in the mix. He definitely seems to be better behaved with all dogs and I believe he needs a home where he isn't only tied to a human, but has another companion to get him tired (he has a lot of energy). Unfortunately we cannot take on another dog so are looking for a good home for our boy where he can be his best self.

Hi, I'm Loki. Im looking for a nice quiet place to call my forever home. I'm a very sweet boy who loves to play. I do know the basic commands all dogs know but I'd love to learn something new. At the end of the day I enjoy lots of couch cuddles with my favorite people. My human momma hasn't been treated very kindly by her man friends so I do tend to be protective with women. As long as you're kind and gentle with me, we can become friends for life no matter your gender. I would prefer to be the only dog in the house if possible but I do know how to share. If you're looking for a sweet gentleman to snuggle on the couch with and play outside on good weather days, I'm you're man.

. Harvey is our resident love bug. He wants nothing more than ear scratches and belly rubs. Harvey will nudge you ever so gently to get your attention for more rubs. He has good leash manners and enjoys going on walks. Harvey also enjoys jogging with his human companions. He would do best in a home where he is the one and only. He is selfish and wants all the loving for himself. Harvey would do best in a home with older kids. He is crate trained and house trained.  He is part blue tick hound which gives him a cute, unique barkish howl.  Make Harvey your companion for life.  Harvey is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and altered.Harvey is located in Harper, Texas but can be transported to any location in the US or Canada for adoption. ##1499366##
