Story
🩵 It's Winter! I am the adorable, 10lb Bichon and I am still patiently waiting for my forever family. In the meantime, I am making so much progress and I have become a more relaxed, playful and confident dog since I was sprung from the farm 3 months ago. AND I have figured out that I LOVE to snuggle close to my humans on the couch! If you are looking for a calm, adorable, snuggle buddy, I am your girl. My ideal forever family would include: ❄️ A calm home with patient humans and kids over 8sih. I am low energy and I prefer to spend my days napping in a sunny spot and getting lots of pets and snuggles. ❄️ A home with a secure fence that goes all the way to the ground. I am an escape artist and I figured out how to wiggle under the fence at my foster home. ❄️ A home where I can be free to roam. I HATE the crate! I sleep all night on a pillow next to my foster parents' bed and I don't make a peep and I have free reign of the house during the day. ❄️ A person or family who loves snuggles as much as I do. I was spayed and I am UTD on vaccinations and microchipped. I had an Xray of my right hip which showed some degenerative changes, but I don't appear to be in any discomfort. I will need to be on joint supplementation for the rest of my life, but I take medication without a problem when it's tucked into some soft food. I also had to have a few teeth pulled, but my foster mom says that I look like an adorable first grader, missing my front teeth. Potty training is a work in progress, if I am taken out at regular intervals, I am ok, I am working on the concept of "holding it" until my mom comes home from work to let me out, but when I am taken out regularly, I am fine. Regression is normal in new environments. If you are looking for a loyal companion and the cutest little button of a dog, I am your girl. I am being fostered in Western Berks County, PA. www.zoeshouserescue.com Zoe’s House Rescue Kennel License 9117 Sinking Spring, PA 19608

Story
Say hello to this 4 year old boy who is now completely retired from the puppy farm and is waiting to start his new life with his forever family. His name is Romeo, he is a 16 pound mini poodle with long legs that make him look like a baby deer and oh so handsome 😍 His white stripes on his face and paws make him so perfect like a painted portrait. Romeo is still learning what affection and love mean. He gets so excited to see his people but still can be scared at times with new faces. He loves respectful children, does well with cats. He gets along well with all dogs but can also be the only boy. He does not like the crate, and would prefer someone who is home more often than not so he can cuddle 🥰 He is learning to walk on a leash but a fenced yard is best for him. He does scare easily outside especially with new noise. He loves to be next to you on couch and sleeps well all night long on the bed. He is working on his bathroom etiquette, and does wear a belly band when his people are out of house. He loves rides in the car and sits like a gentleman. He is neutered and up to date with all his vaccines. He is a poodle and will require regular grooming to maintain his curly coat. All adopters must be willing to travel for a meet and greet with family and any other pets. Romeo is fostered in Scranton. Apply for this handsome boy at www.zoeshouserescue.com Zoe’s House Rescue. Story
Meet CeCe, the best friend you’ve been searching for! At just 4 years old, this sweet girl has already been through so much. When she first came to her foster home, she was frail and terrified, trembling at the slightest sound or gesture. It took time for her to adjust; she dealt with anxiety, refusing to walk on a leash and barely eating or sleeping. But here’s the beautiful part of CeCe’s story: with love and patience, she has blossomed! These days, she struts confidently on a leash, loves to play with her toys, and has found a joyful bounce in her step. Her tail hasn’t stopped wagging—it's a testament to the trust and affection she’s discovered in her new life. CeCe thrives with another dog and is specifically looking for a home that has a furry friend to show her the ropes! Though she may not be a fan of her crate, she tolerates it at night and for when you need to run errands. She would ideally have a family member who works from home or is retired. CeCe is a gentle soul, eager to share her love with a family that truly understands her. Her soft fluffy coat makes her a delightful cuddle buddy, and her beautiful personality shines brighter every day, she does require regular grooming. Things to consider if you apply for the position of CeCe’s new bestie….she will need a very secured, fenced in outdoor space and patience with leash walks. She will have some anxiety in a new environment and will need space to decompress again. She is spayed, up to date on core vaccines, and her potty training is going well as long as she keeps to a routine. If you’re looking for a loyal friend, CeCe is ready to bring joy into your home!
