Lucky is 11 months old, still small, incredibly affectionate, and full of personality. He purrs nonstop, loves to play fetch, wrestle, run through our legs like tunnels, watch birds from the window, and “help” with laundry. His favorite thing is simply being near his people — he wants to be your little sidekick in everything you do. Lucky’s story began with heartbreak but also with love. Last summer, Peggy found him abandoned and injured in the street as a tiny newborn kitten. She brought him home, and lovingly nursed him back to health. Sadly, Peggy unexpectedly passed away, leaving Lucky without the person he loved most. He has already overcome so much in his young life, and we are hoping the next chapter of his story is a happy one. Please help us find Lucky the special home he deserves. Stanley was found on the 5 Freeway in Orange County and spent two long months at the shelter. As one of their longest residents, he eventually ended up on the euthanasia list with little time left.After bringing him home, it didn’t take long for his sweet personality to shine. Stanley is loving, playful, well-behaved, and incredibly grateful for his second chance. He loves playing with our kids, gets along great with the other cats, and is even friends with our 70-pound German Shepherd.Stanley enjoys chatting, asking for pets, lounging in sunny windows, and snuggling on his favorite blanket.
