Bombay kittens & cats in Austin, Texas

We recently moved from Pittsburgh to Texas, where I adopted Dot from a shelter. She was just a stray that someone had found and brought in as a kitten. We found out that we cannot have her in our rent home and are very sad to see her go. She will be 1 year in August and is very playful. Once she's comfortable, she is very loving and likes to sleep in bed with you. She will need time to adjust, as we've had her since she was a baby. She has never had any behavioral problems and has never bitten or scratched us out of fear or anger. She can be very chatty and loves to be loved on. I have food & water bowls, collars, food, litter box, cat tree and all of her updated paperwork. She is up to date on all shots, but has never had a flea pill, as she is strictly an inside cat. She has always been the only cat, so I'm unsure of how she'll react to another cat or dog. She can be needy and loves attention.
