Meet Harlowe (A572157) We`re honestly a little surprised Harlowe is still here.She was found as a stray not too far from the shelter. Very lost, very unsure of where she was, but incredibly sweet from the start. Since arriving, no owner has come forward looking for her, which is hard to believe once you spend a few minutes with her.Harlowe is the kind of dog who seems happy just being included. Want to take a walk? She`s ready. Want to hang out in the yard and explore? She`s got that covered too. Want to toss a ball? Even better. This girl knows how to play fetch and is more than happy to show off her skills.She`s done well meeting new people, walks wonderfully on a leash, appears to be housetrained, and seems to know `sit.` She loves treats and is always willing to accept one for a job well done. At just 7 months old, she`s still got plenty of puppy energy, but she also has a really nice, easygoing side to her.While Harlowe hasn`t officially been tested with other dogs yet, she recently met another pup through the fence and was very friendly and appropriate. That`s always a good sign, especially for a young dog who is still learning about the world.Harlowe feels like one of those dogs who could settle into a lot of different homes. She`s sweet, she`s fun, and she`s ready to stop being a stray and start being somebody`s dog.Harlowe is estimated to be around 7 months and weighs 54 pounds. All animals adopted from Huntsville Animal Services are microchipped, appropriately vaccinated, spayed/neutered and given a 30 day flea/tick preventative.Ready to meet Harlowe?
