Story
Frankie is a sweet puppy boy who is a foster favorite. He's everything you want in a dog: goofy, loving, playful, sweet, and cuddly! We think he's a border collie/bully breed mix, but whatever his mix is, it makes him perfect! A smart little guy, Frankie keeps his crate clean and does really well in the house. He loves chasing balls and wrestling with other dogs. This sweet puppy's greatest trait is that he loves his people. While his littermates take off when they come out of the crate, he immediately stays behind to give kisses and be petted. There's a heart dog in every litter, and Frankie is that dog. Frankie was born in December 2025 and found on a dirt road in January. He's fully vetted and ready to be your best snuggle buddy. Story
Meet Sheesh, a one-year-old pup whose unique personality perplexed her foster mom until she received the breed results — border collie and Labrador retriever!  Sheesh’s hobbies are all lab. She loves playing fetch and brings the ball back consistently.  Sheesh also loves water and will go towards any source of water, whether it’s coming from a sprinkler in the neighborhood or running in a creek. She loves being outside in the rain and isn’t afraid of getting all wet. She’s so calm and easy during baths that her foster mom still bathes her in the kitchen sink even though she’s much too big for it now at 45 lbs full grown.  The border collie in Sheesh is also very apparent in how intelligent and obedient she is. Sheesh follows instructions without the need for a treat. She’ll come when you call her name and go to her crate when told to. She’s very smart and learns new skills quickly. She also has some herding tendencies and can get very focused on things like a squirrel in the yard. She’s of course energetic, but does take plenty of naps throughout the day.  Sheesh will do best in an active home with owners who want to take her on long morning walks. Sheesh loves her walks, but she can get a little too excited by other excitable dogs she encounters. She will need someone willing to work with her on this, possibly with a trainer’s help. Sheesh is very redirectable and responsive if the person walking her knows what to do.  Sheesh has been in her foster home since July 2024 and is fully potty trained, crate trained and has zero separation anxiety. She’s super friendly, happy and loving, and is friends with all the dogs in her foster home. There’s not a mean bone in her body. She even shows remarkable patience with small puppies, letting them climb all over her and chew on her beautiful, fluffy tail. Although she’s not perfect, Sheesh is a special young dog who will bring great joy to her forever family.”

She’s incredibly friendly and adores everyone she meets, including kids, cats, and other dogs. 💙 Meet Bluey 💙 Bluey is a 3-year-old spayed Blue Heeler with a survivor’s spirit and the sweetest full-body butt wiggle you’ve ever seen. After everything she’s been through, Bluey continues to amaze us with her resilience, loyalty, and zest for life. Now fully healed and out of her cone, she’s ready to start her forever chapter. Bluey is: • Dog friendly and enjoys playing with other dogs • Playful and treat motivated • A total people lover • A cuddle bug when it’s time to relax • Great on leash As a true Heeler, Bluey will thrive in an active home ready for walks, hikes, playtime, and mental stimulation. When the fun is done, she’s happy to curl up beside her people. Bluey does best with clear structure and respectful introductions, especially around high-value spaces like food prep areas or when she’s settled and relaxing. She enjoys other dogs with the right match. A home without cats would be best. This brave girl has already proven she’s strong. Now she just needs a family to match her loyalty and give her the love she so freely gives. Adoption fee: $400. Her adoption fee includes her spay, vaccines, parasite prevention, and microchip. Story
Raleigh is a 12-year-old Australian Shepherd mix with a gorgeous coat and those signature feathery Aussie good looks. Weighing about 45 pounds, he’s the perfect blend of charm, loyalty, and happy-go-lucky energy. He’s up to date on vaccines and heartworm prevention and is in great shape for a senior guy. Raleigh isn’t a fan of cats (they don’t fit into his herding plans), but he does well with other dogs when properly introduced. He’s lived peacefully with dogs of all sizes before and enjoys spending time in our exercise yard. With the right owner and a little structure, he’ll do just fine with canine friends. Like most Aussies, Raleigh thrives when his mind and body are engaged. He’d love an adopter who appreciates a daily walk, some brain games, and lots of affection. In return, he’ll give you unwavering loyalty and a tail that never stops wagging. Raleigh is a joyful, easygoing companion who still has plenty of love — and life — left to share. Adoption fee is $200 and includes neuter, vaccines, parasite prevention, and microchip. Apply at www.fullcirclerescueandsanctuary.com. Transport to Hagerstown, Maryland or Newtown, Pennsylvania available for $165 transport fee plus cost of health certificate.
