Story
A bit about Loch:- limited history with children; all interactions should be supervised; older children recommended- has lived with a cat; slow, supervised introductions required- must be only dog in home- high prey driveIf you`re an active family who likes to keep busy and understands that Fetch is the best game ever, then you need to meet Loch! He`s an incredibly friendly border collie who loves to meet new people; especially if they`ll play the world`s best game with him! Like other border collies, Loch has a high prey drive and a big brain and would benefit from having lots of toys and enrichment activities available to help him burn energy. He has some history with kids, but easily becomes over-excited when greeting new people, so may not do well with young or timid children. Loch learned the importance of respecting cats when he was a puppy, so may do well with some cats. However, he`d prefer to be the only dog in your household. If Loch sounds like the boy you`ve been waiting for, then visit him today!

Story
Currently in a toronto foster home I might be a mix, but I’ve got the best of both worlds — the smarts of a Border Collie and the focus of a Jindo. I’m clever, full of energy, and once I love you, I love you with all my heart. I was born in an old abandoned house, far from people and care. But when I was just 3 months old, kind humans rescued me and brought me to a warm, safe foster home. That’s where I spent the first 2 years of my life, learning what it means to be loved and to live indoors. Due to some changes in my foster family’s life, I had to move to a training center. At first, everything was unfamiliar and a little scary… but I surprised everyone by adjusting quickly! Now I get along great with the trainers, and I love learning new things. I’m really good at understanding people — not just their words, but their feelings too. When I meet someone new, I might hesitate for a moment. But give me a little time and kindness, and you’ll see the real me — sweet, affectionate, and even a little silly. I also get along well with other dogs and know how to play nicely without causing trouble. I love walks and being outdoors, and I’m happiest when I can explore the world with someone I trust. After some fun and exercise, I’m more than happy to relax quietly at home. I’ve got a calm, sensitive side too. I’ve spent most of my life around women, so I might be a bit shy around men at first. But please don’t worry — with patience and gentle care, I’ll come closer, lean in, and show you how much love I have to give. What I’m really looking for is someone who’s ready to build a bond — who’ll walk with me, talk with me, and understand that trust takes time but grows deep. If that sounds like you, I think we could be a perfect match. I’m ready to give my heart. Are you ready to be my forever family? 💛 Love, Dior

Story
Oreo is a 3-year-old male Border Collie/Jindo mix who was rescued from a shelter just before he was scheduled for euthanasia. Sadly, and for unknown reasons, before finding himself abandoned and alone at the shelter, his teeth had been deliberately ground down. Amazingly and despite this, he remains a lively, energetic, and otherwise healthy dog who is remarkably intelligent, craves human interaction, and is very loyal to his guardian. Oreo has the exceptional intelligence typical of Border Collies, fully understanding various commands such as "sit," "wait," and "house." He is also deeply loyal to his guardian and has a strong capacity for forming deep bonds typical of the Jindo breed. He is truly a remarkable dog who has the capacity to grow into an even more amazing companion through continued obedience training and by establishing a trusting relationship with his guardian. Oreo is incredibly affectionate and loves people. He is also very social and gets along well with other dogs. However, he has a habit of jumping when excited, which requires caution when a person is interacting with him in a low position. With consistent training, this behavior can be corrected. Being highly energetic, Oreo possesses excellent jumping ability. At the training center, he has been known to leap over fences—not out of a desire to escape, but due to his curiosity and strong attachment to his guardian. In fact, he has demonstrated behavior where he jumps over a fence when he hears his guardian's voice outside, only to return shortly after. For this reason, families with yards should ensure proper supervision, and a high-fenced environment may be more suitable. The Ideal Family for Oreo is: ✔️ Someone who understands the high intelligence and energy levels of Border Collies, the exceptional loyalty of Jindos, and can provide sufficient mental and physical stimulation ✔️ Someone with experience in training or handling large dogs ✔️ Someone who values bonding with their dog and is ready to build a deep connection ✔️ Someone who can provide ample space for Oreo to move and exercise freely Despite his heartbreaking past, Oreo still loves people and finds his greatest happiness in being with his guardian. With so much intelligence and energy, he has limitless potential to become the perfect lifelong companion if he meets the right family, one that understands him and is ready to provide him with love, care, and proper training. Oreo is waiting for his new family! ❤️

Story
Hi, I’m Steveo!Approximate age: 3 yearBreed: MixedEnergy Level: Medium high Good with Kids: I’m still young and high energy so older kids would be bestGood with Dogs: Need proper introduction. Prefer females.Good with Cats: No. Not really a fan. Love my rabbit buddy thoughHey im Steveo! I`m a sweet, playful, smart, and cuddly guy. I love people, they`re my favorite! I also love car rides, they are the best! And toys, oh, how I love toys! They keep me entertained for hours. But the crate? Nah. I mean, I can go in if necessary but it`s not my thing. I prefer to be out and about, exploring and playing. I`m a good boy sleeping on my bed. I do love to run and play so would do best in a fenced yard.I`m also smart, you know. I can learn new tricks quickly, and I`m always eager to please. Other dogs? I have been okay with females but not a fan of the other boys. Cats? Hard to say. I met one at the vet who I wanted to chase but I am good friends with the rabbit in my home. Really, I`m all about the people. I`m looking for a family who will love me as much as I will love them. I promise to be the best friend you`ve ever had. Adopt me, and let`s start our adventure together! If you would like to meet me and give me a chance . Please fill out the adoption application!
