💙 Hi, I’m Zorro 🐾💙
I’m Zorro, a 1-year-old Border Collie/Husky mix, and I’m a sweet, loyal boy with a playful and goofy side. I’m friendly, smart, loving, and curious, and I absolutely love being close to my people. I may be a little shy when we first meet, but give me a little time to realize I’m safe, and my personality will quickly start to shine. Once I bond with you, I bond deeply!
I’m great with big and small dogs and both younger and older children. I especially enjoy having other dogs around because they bring out my silly, playful side. I’m a social boy who loves companionship, whether that means playing with a doggy friend or simply following my person from room to room to see what they’re up to.
I know some commands and I’m crate trained, potty trained, leash trained, and house trained. I’m a very smart boy who loves routines and learns quickly. I can settle nicely on my own when it’s time to relax, and you might find me stretched out on the cool floor, relaxing in my crate by the bed, or doing one of my favorite things—laying completely upside down against the wall. 😂
I may not be the biggest kisser, but I have my own special way of showing love. I simply want to be wherever you are. I’ll happily follow you around, hang out nearby, and keep you company. Being close to my person is one of my favorite things in the world.
I’m also an adventurous guy with a curious mind. I love long walks, exploring, running through fields, playing with toys, and staying active. I’d love a family who enjoys getting outside and wants their dog to be part of everyday life. Walks, hikes, outdoor adventures, and plenty of opportunities to explore would make me one very happy boy!
My ideal home would be an active family who has time to include me in their daily life. I’d love someone who enjoys getting outside and keeping me mentally and physically engaged. Having another friendly dog would be wonderful, or a person who is home often and enjoys having a loyal companion by their side.
I’m a sweet, gentle, intelligent boy who has so much love and adventure to give. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will follow you wherever you go, make you laugh with his goofy side, and happily join you on all your adventures, I just might be your Zorro. 🐾💙
Adoption FEE: $400, which includes his neuter, microchip, and vaccines. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals.
A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter. By filling out the MFP Adoption Application you agree and understand that ADOPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. We are not first come, first served and submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption. You will be contacted by an Adoption Coordinator once your application has gone through the approval process. Please ONLY APPLY IF you are ready to commit to adoption.

All Dogs / Puppies / Cats / Kittens are up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, flea/heart worm prevention, and are microchipped prior to adoption. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there may be a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home.
Adoption fee - Along with the individual animals vetting and daily care costs, the adoption fee helps Mercy Full Project cover additional vet bills, maintain their facility, and cover the cost of their operations in order to rescue more animals in need.
