When I tell you she is smart, I mean smart as a whip. She is attentive, food motivated, eager to please, and will be a star pupil in any training class. She loves everybody — people and dogs of all shapes and sizes — and she has absolutely no fear aggression. Honestly, she could almost apply for a job as a Walmart greeter. I found Yuka at the Weslaco, Texas shelter in deep South Texas. She had no collar, no tag, no microchip, was not spayed, was loaded with fleas, and no one came looking for her. Yuka is CHAGAS and Heartworm negative. We are so happy she is here with us now. Yuka would make an excellent addition to just about any family setting I can think of, as long as her family is able to give her the exercise, structure, and attention she deserves. Yuka is located at our shelter near San Antonio, TX and is available for transport to St. Augustine, FL on December 19th with approved application and confirmed adoption. Her adoption fee is $450. The fee includes transport cost. Frank is a good boy. Raised him since he was a puppy and weened off his momma. He loves to make other people happy, is very excitable and high energy around new people or animals. He's never bitten anyone in his life. He sheds a lot, so a brush would be handy for him, he loves it.He is also crate trained and unfortunately spends a lot of time in his crate due to me being at work. Would love for him to have a good home with a nice yard he can run around and play in. The more people the better, including kids. Unfortunately I'm having to take care of my elderly father who is highly allergic to him so it's best if he finds a different home where he can run around and enjoy the sunshine!
