Ollie is fostered in Snohomish and eligible for adoption anywhere!  Welcome Ollie to Murci's Mission. This fine sporting mix came to Murci's Mission from our friends at Becky's Best Buddies. He is approximately 55lbs with an estimated birthdate of 12/07/2024.  Ollie is social to dogs and kids with a biddable disposition. He is too over the top with cats. He is high energy and would love an active family who enjoys running or hiking, or an adopter interested in sports like agility, flyball, dock diving, barn hunt, nose work etc. He has nice foundational obedience like sit, stay, place, down, kennel etc and is eager to work together to learn even more.  Ollie is crate trained and can settle down well in the house for movie night or board games. Crunchy is the best dog I have ever owned. She is incredibly obedient, smart, loyal, and loving. She is 4 years old, and we adopted her from a shelter when she was just 1. She has been a deeply loved part of our family ever since. She is NOT being surrendered because she isn't a wonderful dog. She is being surrendered because she has a specific need that we can no longer meet, and we love her enough to know she deserves a home that can. Crunchy has severe separation anxiety and cannot be left home alone, even for short periods. When alone, she experiences extreme distress and may become destructive trying to escape. This does not reflect her personality when she is with her people—she is incredibly well-behaved, intelligent, affectionate, and eager to please. We desperately want her to find someone who can give her the companionship and care she needs. She deserves a family who will love her as much as we do. ❤️

Welcome Ohana to Murci's Mission Animal Rescue!  Ohana comes to Murci's Mission as a transfer from an independent rescuer in cental Washington. Ohana was originally live trapped with a group of dumped dogs in Moses Lake and has since been warming up to household life. Ohana is about 52lbs with an estimated birthdate of 12/19/2023. She may be slightly reserved when first meeting new people and dogs, but is safe with dogs, cats, and children as long as she's given a few weeks to settle in and feel secure. She is curious and submissive, loving to investigate things at her own pace, give kisses, and get her belly rubbed. She is athletic and biddable and has a ton of potential to go in any direction as she is given opportunity to learn and trust in a new guardian.  Ohana is leash trained, crate trained, and house trained. She is non destructive in the household when loose, and rides fine in the car. Once she's comfortable with her new family, she bonds deeply and loves to be with her person.  Ohana can escape a six foot fence, but has no intent to actually run away. She just wants to find and stick with her family. For this reason, she's not suitable to spend stretches of time unattended outside. Ohana comes spayed, vaccinated, mircochipped and dewormed. Her adoption fee is $200 and includes a leash, collar, harness, ID tag, food sample, medical records, and a consultation with a behaviorist to get both parties off to a good start. This is Jack, found July 3rd in Spokane, we never found an owner. He loves being outdoors walking hiking and exploring so we are looking to find him someone with an active lifestyle. He loves to hunt for squirrels (not good with cats). He has met several dogs and has gotten along great with all of them. He sleeps perfectly in a kennel at night. He is not potty trained so we use a diaper when he's inside relaxing during the day, he doesn't need them at night. He doesn't like to be left alone, and cries in his kennel when we leave the house. Sometimes he barks, other times he lays down and whines. I want to let potential adopters know this about him. He is so very friendly and happy as a puppy in the morning, I would love to find him his best friend. He needs someone who loves the outdoors just as much as he does. He needs a house with a fenced yard and I'm sure he would love a doggy friend. We got him neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.

Pepper is a 2 yr old spayed female. She is a loyal, loving and protective little gal who would make an excellent companion for an active, outdoorsy person or couple who would like a hiking and camping friend. She will protect you from any threat in the woods with her bravery, and snuggle you in the sleeping bag to keep you warm at night! She is crate trained and housebroken. He smaller size makes her an ideal companion, even in a smaller space, as long as you can get out and exercise daily! She gets along with other dogs, but would prefer to be the only dog in the home. She's not a fan of little, fast moving children. Not aggressive, but will avoid them.
