Story
We love our dogs deeply, but with a toddler, another baby on the way, full-time jobs, and a difficult pregnancy, we can't give them the time and activity they deserve. We want what's best for them, even though it's heartbreaking. We're not in a rush. Our priority is finding the right home, together or separately, where they'll be loved and thrive. Would love him to be rehomed with our other dog, Willow, but will separate for the right homes. Riddley • Border Collie (born Dec. 28, 2021) • Microchipped, up to date on vaccines, not neutered • Raised with cats and small children • Goofy, affectionate, and high-energy (hops in place every time he sees a cat from excitement) • Kennel trained due to separation anxiety • Thrives with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation • Diet is Wholesomes sensitive skin & stomach for sensitive skin issues If we rehome Riddley, it will only be to a loving, active home. We ask that if it ever isn't the right fit, he's returned to us.

Ollie is fostered in Snohomish and eligible for adoption anywhere!  Welcome Ollie to Murci's Mission. This fine sporting mix came to Murci's Mission from our friends at Becky's Best Buddies. He is approximately 55lbs with an estimated birthdate of 12/07/2024.  Ollie is social to dogs and kids with a biddable disposition. He is too over the top with cats. He is high energy and would love an active family who enjoys running or hiking, or an adopter interested in sports like agility, flyball, dock diving, barn hunt, nose work etc. He has nice foundational obedience like sit, stay, place, down, kennel etc and is eager to work together to learn even more.  Ollie is crate trained and can settle down well in the house for movie night or board games. He's an all around good boy with a ton of potential.  Please begin by submitting an application at www.murcismission.org. Ollie's adoption fee is $200, and he comes home fully vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and neutered. He will also come with a leash, collar, ID tag, and a food sample.  Thanks for checking out our guy!  ##2636145##

What are you waiting for? Apply today! Click here to apply for the pet Meet Bear, the dashing 2-year-old Border Collie who’s here to steal your heart! At 40 pounds of pure charm and energy, this handsome boy knows how to make an entrance. 🐾 With his shiny black coat and bright eyes, Bear is not just a pretty face; he’s also a super-smart pup who’s ready to become your loyal sidekick! Now, let’s talk about Bear’s personality. He might be a little shy at first, but give him a moment to get comfortable, and you’ll find that he transforms into a loving and devoted companion. Once Bear trusts you, you’ll discover a friend for life who’s as loyal as they come. 💖 He thrives on routine and forms deep connections with his loved ones, making him the perfect partner for anyone looking for an emotional bond. If you have experience with smart, driven dogs and can offer Bear that peaceful retreat, he will absolutely flourish with your guidance. And let’s not forget his playful side! Bear loves playing ball and is highly food motivated, which means training sessions are bound to be a blast! 🎾 Bear can be dog selective, and with the right match, we would be a playful canine companion for the right existing furbaby. Bear is already neutered and gets along wonderfully with children, making him a great fit for families. Just a heads-up, though—he doesn’t vibe well with cats, so those furry felines will need to stay elsewhere. If you think you can offer Bear the loving, single-pet home he deserves, then he may just be the perfect match for you! This sweet boy is currently in a foster home, eagerly waiting for his forever family to come along. If you’re ready to take on the rewarding journey of adopting Bear, don’t hesitate to reach out! Story
Lil Duke is a handsome 10-month-old Border Collie/Labrador Retriever mix with a heart that's just waiting to shine. This sweet boy can be very shy and nervous when meeting new people, so he'll need a patient family that's willing to let him settle in at his own pace. With slow introductions, a little understanding, and lots of kindness, Lil Duke begins to show his true personality. Once he's outside, you'll see a whole different side of him! His confidence grows, and he's happiest chasing after his favorite ball or exploring the world around him. Playtime is where his fun-loving spirit really comes alive. Lil Duke has already had some basic training and has a great foundation, but he'll continue to thrive with consistency and positive reinforcement. As he gains confidence, he'll blossom into an incredibly loyal and loving companion. Lil Duke is looking for a calm, loving home that will give him the patience, time, and encouragement he needs to feel safe and secure. If you're ready to help a shy pup discover just how wonderful life can be, Lil Duke is ready to become your faithful best friend.

Story
Gracie is a gentle, nervous girl who is slowly but surely blossoming into her best self. While she may be a bit shy at first, with patience and a calm environment, Gracie begins to show her sweet and curious personality. She does especially well with other dogs, and having a confident canine companion really helps her come out of her shell. We don’t have any known history with cats at this time. Around children, Gracie has shown curiosity but may retreat or hide, and she hasn’t had direct interactions with kids while in the shelter. Gracie has already put in some great work—she successfully completed Puppy Kindergarten’s obedience program at Heavenly Dog Obedience in February 2026! She’s also showing wonderful signs of being housetrained, which is a great head start for her future home. When it’s time to relax and play, Gracie loves rope toys and bones. With a little patience, love, and encouragement, Gracie is sure to continue growing into a loyal and loving companion.

Story
Meet Elsa! This 35-pound bundle of joy has made a full recovery from a broken humerus and is now ready to leap into the heart of her forever family! At about 2 years old, Elsa is all fun, play, and personality. Elsa does well with other dogs once she gets to know them, especially if they respect her space. She is not interested in playing with other dogs and prefers they leave her alone. She would much prefers human companionship once she gets to know you. She has a strong prey drive, though she appears to do well with cats in the home. One thing she absolutely cannot live without is her beloved toys. Whether she’s chasing a stick like the champion retriever she is or curling up after a long day of fun, Elsa brings joy wherever she goes. She is 1000% Heeler in both personality and traits. Elsa can be wary of new people at first and needs a patient adopter who will give her the time and space to adjust. Once she trusts you, she loves deeply and loyally for life. Because she takes time to settle in and feel secure, a calm, quieter home would suit her best. A busy household is not ideal, and homes with young children are not recommended. Elsa is housebroken, crate trained, and up to date on all her vetting: Rabies Spayed DHPPV Bordetella Microchip Deworming Adoption fee: $200Ready to add some sparkle and spunk to your life? Story
Available for Adoption — The Camping Litter! Meet River (F), Oakley (F), S’more (M), and Pinecone (M) — four stinkin’ cute puppies ready to pack their little bags and head off to outstanding forever homes! These pups are adorable, sweet, and full of promise — but let’s be real: puppies are work. The first year matters so much, and we are looking for families who are ready to invest time, patience, training, structure, and lots of positive experiences to help them grow into well-balanced adult dogs. These kiddos are a mix of two working breeds, which means they are smart, busy, curious, and naturally ready to have a job. Growing up only in the backyard won’t be the right fit for them. They need exposure to new places, new sounds, new people, car rides, vet visits, leash walks, puppy-safe outings, and all the things that help rescue puppies become confident family dogs. They have already started working on potty training, crate training, collar exposure, and have been around kids. Now they need families ready to keep that good foundation going. Training is non-negotiable for this pack. They are the perfect age for Puppy Kindergarten, followed by a basic obedience class before they turn one. Pawsitive Connections offers Puppy Prep locally, and we are happy to provide trainer referrals in our area. Out of area? We can help point you toward options too. Each puppy will go home with:DHPPV vaccines, deworming, microchip, leash, collar, puppy food, and a favorite blanket/toy. Puppies are altered before adoption. Follow-up vet care, including remaining puppy shots and Rabies, will be the adopter’s responsibility. Adoption fee: $350FFR adopts to homes in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Montana.
