Story
Tilly is mesmerizing with her icy blue eyes. This beautiful girl is 2 years old and 50 pounds. She is very smart. She would be great learning one of the many dog sports. She will make someone a great companion and she consistently "checks in" with her foster mom to see if anything is expected of her.  Tilly would thrive with an adopter who is "hands on". She is 1/3 border collie but also has small amounts of siberian husky/saint bernard/boxer/labrador retriever per her DNA results. A quiet home without small children would be ideal for her. Tilly is dog selective and it is unknown how she is with cats. She is crate and potty trained. Tilly is spayed, microchipped, current on vaccines and flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee is only $300.00. Please apply at gfrpets.org/apply/adoptdog/ ##1880121##

Story
Introducing Mikey! He is very sweet but very shy. He is thought to be a mini aussie or border collie mix who only weighs 35 pounds and is 1 year 5 months old. He will need someone who will have the patience to earn his trust, he will quickly be the best friend you could ever ask for. When you look in his eyes you'll see that he really want to just snuggle in. He doesn't have a mean bone in his body. Mikey is crate trained and is working on potty training. He is great with other dogs and loves to play with them. Due to his skittish nature Mikey does require a securely fenced yard. Mikey is neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested negative, current on vaccines and flea/tick/heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is only $300. Story
Javelin is a 1 yr old beautiful shepherd aussiedoodle mix who weighs 30 pounds. She is a timid girl. It took her 2 weeks before she would take treats from her foster moms hand and to allow pets, but now Javelin follows her around the house wanting affection. She will need another dog in the home to help her confidence, and a securly fenced yard is required. Javelin is doing well with potty training. If you love to give "Hope to the Mistreated, Heal the Neglected, and Home the Unwanted" as much as we do (and we do because that is our motto), then this is the gal for you!! She will take some time and a lot of patience but it will surely be very rewarding once her walls are broken down. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body despite how scared she is, agression is not a concern, she chooses to flee but if cornered she shrinks low and allows handling. Her adopter will need to be tolerant, calm, and have perserverance with a positive attitude. I am stressing this because I love her so much and want her success so deeply. She will be the most rewarding girl to have by your side and in your home. Also just look at her, she is beautiful! Javelin's adoption fee of $300 covers her spay, microchip with registration, heartworm test (negative), deworming, vaccines, and current monthly flea, tick, and heartworm preventions. please apply at gfrpets.org/apply ##2505184##

Story
Ringo is an almost 2 yr old blue heeler pup that is looking for a loving, new home! We had him since he was 6 weeks old, but unfortunately my partner has developed allergies towards dogs and we can no longer afford to keep him up to date on his shots. He is very loveable and playful, and has TONS of energy, so he will need lots of space and daily exercise. He also has some obedience issues, (like chewing and jumping) so someone who is experienced in training is preferred but not required! He is amazing with children, and knows to be gentle. I have 2 little ones that he likes to herd around on a good day! With that being said, I am unsure of how he would be around other dogs/cats. Along with Ringo comes his food bowls, a kennel, some hygiene supplies, toys, harness, leash and collar if interested. Serious inquiries only please!
