Meet Oreo - a sweet young puppy who has been let down too many times in her short life. Oreo came to us from a partner impound when she was seized from her owners. She is thought to be between 4-5 months old and a border collie/husky mix. Unlike most puppies her age, Oreo has known cruelty and has had to overcome it.It takes her a little bit to trust people and warm up - but this is understandable. She is getting braver and braver everyday. Our wonderful trainer has been working with her since her arrival to help her adjust, desensitize, and learn that not all people are bad. Blaze is a 54#, 5-year-old Border Collie with a sunny personality and a zest for life that's as bright as a perfect summer day. He thinks every day should include a game of fetch or frisbee and plenty of time spent with his favorite people. Happy-go-lucky, affectionate, and adventurous, Blaze loves being part of the action, whether that's a morning walk, a trip to the park, or a backyard barbecue. His energy level is a wonderful balance: he's always ready for fun and activity, and he's equally happy to relax and enjoy downtime with his family afterward. Blaze would thrive with an active, herding breed-experienced family that appreciates both his intelligence and enthusiasm. She has plenty of pep in her step, a lovely prance when she is happiest, and a zest for life that charms everyone she meets. Describing Cupcake is easy. She's friendly, affectionate, confident, curious, observant and just a bit spicy. She wants to be close to her people, joining in on whatever they are doing. Whether its accompanying them on a leisurely stroll, supervising backyard activities, or simply lounging nearby for ear and butt scratches, Cece enjoys being part of the family. Her ideal day includes a couple of walks where she can stop and investigate interesting smells along the way.
