Born on 11/20/2025 (Mama Lucy’s pup), he’s right in that fun (and busy!) puppy stage where he’s learning all the important life skills. Charlie was originally adopted as a tiny pup, but like many young dogs, he’s still working through the basics — potty training, crate training, and those teething days that can lead to some chewing. All totally normal for his age, and he’s already making great progress! And honestly? We can’t understand why. Lucy is a 2-year-old, 43 lb Catahoula mix with the sweetest soft soul and eyes that tell a whole story. She came into rescue focused on raising her babies, and she was an amazing mama. Now those puppies are off living their happily-ever-afters… and Lucy is ready to start her own chapter. This girl has been working SO hard in foster care. Lucy has been building her confidence, improving her leash skills, and learning that the world is not such a scary place after all.
