Handsome Ace is a 1-year-old, 50 lb sweetie. His mom looked like a small stocky gorgeous black lab and the dad is unknown but could be a Border Collie or Great Pyrenees or Golden Retriever ?? He had lived outside loose his whole life so he needs someone willing to help him learn the joys of living as part of a family. After less than 30 minutes on a leash he was doing awesome, he started using the doggie door after watching a couple dogs go in and out, he does well sleeping in a crate at night. He met over 20 dogs first day and just wanted to play.

Alta is appx 1-2 yrs old, and about 45 lbs. She is an outgoing, active girl. Alta uses a doggy door and has done really well with that. She is not fond of other female dogs, but with slow introductions has done fine with large males. She must have a fenced yard, so that she can be safe and follow smells without getting into trouble. Alta has adorable big ears and she is so happy her tail wags in a big circle! Story
Buster Douglas or BD to his friends, is about a year old, and 52 lbs of energy. He loves going for walks and exploring. He does pull some on leash when he gets a scent to follow, but he listens well and is learning more everyday. BD loves to play fetch and pretty good about bringing the ball back and dropping it so you can throw it again. He has a lot of energy and must have a secure fenced yard, so he can run and play and be safe while doing so. Buster tends to follow his nose and he likes to chase so must be in a fence or on leash if outside a fence.  BD is accustomed to using a doggy door and has done very well with that.  BD is a fun loving boy, who will make a great companion for someone who is active and will let him be part of activities and fun times. Someone who has a firm but patient hand in helping him with instructions so he can be the best boy he can be!  He loves to go for car rides, and is a great swimmer! He is not a candidate for a home with cats or small children.
