Our adoption center is located next to CAL Ranch at 232 North Jones (I-95) Suite 170. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY, just walk right in. Maizie is about 4 yrs old and weighs about 40 lbs. Her owner worked on a ranch and when he was let go, he left her behind. She has been in a foster home for the last month. She lived with other dogs, and did well unless they became bossy with her, she would defend herself. There were cats in the home which she would stalk, but was never aggressive with. She may chase them however. There were kids on the ranch, but we are unsure of the ages. Maizie is a very sweet and easy going girl and appears to be quite adaptable. I would say the biggest concern with her and small children would be her excitement and desire for attention when she sees people and the fact that she likes to jump up on you for attention. She was housebroken and crate trained at the fosters home. More will be known about me soon. A Path 4 Paws holds adoption events at our Adoptions Center, located at 232 N. Mougli is about 3 yrs old and weighs about 55 lbs, but should weigh closer to 45 lbs. He dad was being evicted and did not want Mougli to be on the street with him, he surrendered him. He was housebroken in the home. Reported to be good with other dogs and children over 8 yrs old. He favorite way to spend time is playing fetch. He is leash trained and knows alot of commands. He is very confused right now, but he is safe and that is what his dad wanted for him. He would love a foster home while waiting for someone to see his super cool qualities. He is active and would enjoy walks, hikes and of course fetch. More will be known about me soon. A Path 4 Paws holds adoption events at our Adoptions Center, located at 232 N. Story
🐾 Meet Scootie (aka Roxie) – The Gentle, Clever Sweetheart 🐾 Scootie has been with SNARL since June 2024, and she’s ready to find a calm, patient home where she can truly blossom. This medium-energy, food-motivated girl has a tender heart and a cautious spirit. She may not be a toy-chaser or tennis ball fanatic, but she has her own quirky charm—like quietly stealing a sock or curling up in her crate for some well-deserved alone time. Scootie is intelligent and knows basic commands like “sit” and “leave it,” even with distractions. She walks nicely on leash and enjoys gentle, structured interaction. Scootie can be timid with new people and defensive or reactive around unfamiliar dogs, but with slow, mindful introductions, she has shown she can get along with select canine companions. She’s a little bit of a herder at heart and sometimes tries to “organize” her foster siblings—but she listens when told to take a break in her crate. This smart girl has even figured out how to open baby gates! She’s dog-door trained and has had zero accidents in her foster home or crate. Scootie is affectionate with people she trusts and enjoys petting and curling up on the bed—but she values her personal space and does not enjoy being restrained. Favorite things: Treats, praise, soft napping spots, and… your laundry! Best match: An experienced, calm household with no cats or small animals, willing to invest time in building trust, providing structure, and guiding her interactions with other dogs. Scootie’s gentle nature, quiet presence, and ability to thrive with patience make her a truly special companion. She’s looking for a loving adopter who understands her unique needs and is ready to help her shine. 💛 Could Scootie be your next loyal, clever friend?

💖 Meet Cassidy — the sweetest, bravest girl you’ll ever know! 🐾 Cassidy is a quiet, gentle, and incredibly brave little dog who is just starting to discover how wonderful life can be. She’s had a rough journey, but with patience and love, she’s blossoming into the devoted companion she’s meant to be. Personality Snapshot: Sweet, calm, low-energy, and easygoing. Cassidy is a quiet soul with a gentle heart and a quiet strength that shines through once she feels safe. House Manners: Fully potty-trained and happy in her cozy crate, Cassidy is a superstar at home. Sometimes her foster dad even forgets she’s there! Dog Friends: Cassidy loves other dogs—they help her feel confident and safe. A calm, confident dog in her new home would be a wonderful companion. Favorite Things: High-value treats like steak, chicken, fishy snacks, and pup cups top her list! She also adores cozy blankets and finding the perfect hiding spot. Cassidy is still building trust and has some fears—doors, leashes, and hands can be scary for her—but she’s making incredible progress. She’s begun taking treats from her foster dad’s hand, tolerating gentle pets, and even sleeping outside her crate! She needs a patient, gentle human who will let her move at her own pace. Space, patience, and positive encouragement are key to helping Cassidy feel safe and loved. With the right home, she’ll reward you with unwavering loyalty, quiet companionship, and endless love. Spayed, current on vaccines, and ready for a calm, understanding forever home, Cassidy is waiting for the person who will help her finally feel safe and cherished. 💛 🏡 Apply today at snarllv.org to meet Cassidy!
