Story
Lulu will be 9 years old October 25th. She is a sweet dog, though can be very protective of her people when those she doesn’t know are around. She’s fairly high energy, though slowing down some. She has gotten along well with our other two dogs but likely would have trouble adjusting to new dogs, particularly other females. She’s not a fan of cats. She absolutely ADORES all children, including babies and toddlers. She’s beautiful, smart, and spunky and is getting more cuddly as she gets older. She fancies herself a guard dog but is all talk.

His enthusiasm is contagious, and his zest for life has a way of making every outing more fun.Despite all of his energy, Baron is not the type of dog who wants to entertain himself. He genuinely enjoys people and wants to be included in whatever the day has in store. If you are looking for a dog who wants to be your partner through every adventure, Baron is ready to tag along.Baron's best fit:Baron is looking for an active home that can keep both his body and his mind engaged. He will need more than a walk around the neighborhood to feel fulfilled. Hiking, running, training, fetch, or other activities that challenge him are all great ways to help Baron thrive. Baron does well with children who are comfortable around an energetic dog, but he appreciates people who respect his space and allow him to interact on his own terms. He is selective with other dogs and has not been tested with cats.

We do have a 7 day foster-to-adopt program so that you can see how the dog interacts with your cats before adoption.
