Story
Comer was originally taken in as a stray and kept for 3+ months. They surrendered him to us do to no longer being able to financially provide for him. This old boy did well around the owners' kids and chickens, but not so well with cats/kittens. Comer is kind and docile until storms come around, causing him anxiety where he tends to run away out of fear. Since he is old, Comer does have some arthritis and is sore near his rear end. His owners did take him to the vet, where they prescribed anxiety and arthritis meds. Due to his age, this nice boy does have trouble putting on/keeping weight. Despite all of this, Comer is very very sweet!

Looking for a young female to adopt? Meet JUNO! Juno is a Border Collie lovers DREAM! She is everything you would want in a BC puppy (under 1 year old). She is a lovely girl and full of energy, well trained for the most part. Happy, healthy, spayed, FUN, and BEAUTIFUL, this pup is magnificent! She loves to swim, play with toys, and do tricks for treats! She is fostered in a home with cats and doesn't seem bothered by them. Sometimes she wants to play (which is not allowed, cat's preference) but is not aggressive with them. She has been around very young children a little bit but her puppy energy is too much for small children. Children over age 10 who know how to handle a dog should be ok. She crates well.
