Story
Meet Kiddo, the charming 3-year-old Border Collie weighing in at 22 pounds. A lover of attention and socializing, Kiddo brightens any room with his outgoing personality. While he's selective about canine companions and prefers polite interactions, he's a delight with most dogs. With a keen appetite for treats, Kiddo is easily motivated and excels in both potty and leash training. Whether frolicking outdoors or enjoying quality time with his beloved humans, Kiddo thrives in any home environment. His adaptable nature makes him a perfect fit for households with children or other dogs, where he can continue spreading joy and companionship. Kiddo currently has a skin condition that Camo staff is working to get under control. Adoption fee is: $350 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022

Story
My name is Dallas, and I love to run and play!! I enjoy chewing toys and deer antlers. I get along well with my foster mom’s three other dogs. I'm very grateful to my foster mom and I'm very protective of her. I don’t remember who my parents are or where I placed my birth certificate but she found me and who we believe to be my brother Austin together on the side of a road on December 23, 2022. Both of us had obvious signs of abuse, but thanks to my foster mom that part of our life is over now. We play outside in the yard and love to run and burn all that energy we have. My foster mom feeds us a healthy diet that includes raw bones, meats an chicken combined with veggies like sweet potatoes, squash string beans, etc. She said this is good for my coat and overall health. My potential adopters should know I would still benefit from basic training and I will need space to run around and play.April 19, 2024, 10:41 am
