Story
Neveah is the total package: young, smart, friendly, and ready for her second chance. Estimated to be around 1.5 to 2 years old, Neveah appears to be some sort of Border Collie and herding breed mix. She has the adorable speckled markings often seen in cattle dogs or border collies, but don’t let that fool you into thinking she’s a nonstop whirlwind. Neveah has all the intelligence of a herding breed without the intensity that sometimes comes along with it. This sweet girl loves people and is eager to make friends. She’s affectionate, outgoing, and enjoys being part of whatever is going on around her. Unlike some herding breeds that can be reserved with strangers, Neveah is warm, social, and happy to soak up attention. She is a smart cookie who seems eager to learn and engage with her people. With a little guidance and consistency, we think she’ll make an excellent companion for an active family, a walking buddy, or someone looking for a loyal best friend. If you’re looking for a young dog with a great personality, a sharp mind, and a heart full of love, Neveah may be exactly who you’ve been waiting for. ✨✨ Still in need! ✨✨ 💕💕 Posting for Nova: Nova needs a new home due to his incompatibility with the cats in his current home. We are looking to place him in a well matched home without cats, so even if you are able to foster him, it would help his family so much. Nova’s family will continue to pay for his pet health insurance for 6 months, provide his food, and his flea/tick and heart-worm preventatives for 6 months. They know all about Nova and will share everything they know with you to make the transition easy. They really want the absolute best for him. Nova will also come with his crate, bed, and favorite toys. He started out in foster care with this family, they fell in love with his darling personality and adopted, but after a few more months, he felt so comfortable that his prey drive emerged and it’s now difficult to keep the cats safe. He is fully vetted and microchipped. He is kind, gentle and loving to all children and adults. Nova has some resource guarding issues with dogs and needs to be fed separately. He has energy but knows how to relax with you and just enjoy the quiet. He enjoys sleeping in the bedroom with one of the children. He also enjoys walks, runs, and mud, like most young dogs. 😂 He absolutely loves food and will eat almost anything. If you’re interested in meeting Nova, reach out to us at 804-966-7105, text or leave a voicemail, please.

Story
Looking for a dog who's just as excited about a Saturday morning hike as she is about relaxing at your feet afterward? Meet JoJo!This girl pup is an 8-month-old Border Collie mix with striking black-and-white markings and an even more beautiful personality. At 29 pounds, she's expected to grow to around 40 pounds—a wonderful medium size that's ready to jump into the car whenever adventure calls. Her story started with hope when she and her identical sister were adopted as young puppies. Sadly, their family realized they simply didn't have enough time to meet the girls' needs, so JoJo is getting a second chance to find a home where she can truly thrive. She  is a wonderful blend of playful and easygoing. She loves kids, enjoys other dogs, and is always up for exploring somewhere new. She hasn't been introduced to cats yet, and while she and her sister have had a little too much fun chasing chickens together, we suspect that without her partner-in-crime, she may be much more interested in staying close to her people than stirring up barnyard trouble! As a Border Collie mix, JoJo is smart, athletic, and happiest when life includes activity. Daily walks, games in a fenced yard, hiking, camping, trips to the park, or learning new skills will help her shine. She'd likely have a blast trying agility, flyball, or dock diving alongside her future family. What this girl wants most isn't perfection. She wants someone who sees her as part of the family—a dog who gets to tag along on errands, explore new places, celebrate life's little moments, and always have a place to call home.If you've been thinking your life could use a little more laughter, a walking buddy, a travel companion, and a loyal best friend, JoJo might be exactly who you've been waiting for.   To learn more or request an adoption application, email ccrtennessee@gmail.comand be sure to include your city and state. Story
Meet Fern! Some dogs are simply waiting for a family. Fern is waiting for her people—the ones she'll happily follow through every adventure life has to offer.Fern is an 8-month-old Border Collie mix, born around the middle of November 2025, and currently weighs 29 pounds. She'll likely mature to around 40 pounds—the perfect size for hiking trails, road trips, neighborhood walks, and curling up at your feet after a day well spent.Fern and her identical sister were adopted together as tiny 6-week-old puppies. Unfortunately, their family realized they couldn't give the girls the time, attention, and exercise they deserve. Now Fern is searching for the forever home she's always deserved. This beautiful black-and-white girl has a sweet, easygoing personality and is happiest when she's included in whatever her people are doing. She loves children, enjoys the company of other dogs, and is always ready for a new adventure. She hasn't met cats yet, though she and her sister have been known to chase chickens—something that may disappear once she's no longer teaming up with her mischievous sibling!Like many Border Collie mixes, Fern is happiest when both her body and her mind are engaged. She'll thrive with daily walks, backyard games, hiking adventures, or even dog sports like agility, flyball, or dock diving. She doesn't need a perfect life—just one where she's loved, included, and given opportunities to learn and explore.Imagine having a loyal companion who's waiting by the door when it's time for a walk, riding shotgun on weekend adventures, making your kids laugh in the backyard, and greeting you with a wagging tail after every workday. That's the life Fern is hoping for—and the life she's ready to give back with endless love and devotion. If you're looking for a best friend to share life's adventures, Fern may be the missing piece you've been searching for.To learn more or request an adoption application, email ccrtennessee@gmail.com and be sure to include your city and state.
