She’s a 1-year-old Border Collie/Heeler mix who’s super affectionate, snuggly, and will flash that irresistible grin the moment you rub her belly. Shawna is playful and full of fun, puppy energy. She does great on leash and in the car, making her the perfect little adventure buddy. She’s friendly and loves kids and other dogs, though she’ll need a feline-free home as her instincts may lead her to chase them. Smart as can be, Shawna is already housebroken and eager to please. She’s spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find her forever family — one that loves smiles, snuggles, and spontaneous tail wags as much as she does!

RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the Pennsylvania/ New England/ Virginia area and delivered in Pennsylvania, Virginia and RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. Callie is very gentle in her play and interactions, making her a wonderful fit for a family or a multi-pet home. She’s still a puppy and learning the ropes, but she’s smart and eager to please, so she’s picking up crate and house training quickly. Callie loves being around people, soaking up attention, and showing off her sweet smile. She has such a kind heart and just wants to belong. Callie is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find her forever home. She has not been in a house (that we know of), nor has been on a leash. She does okay in a crate and has no issues with other dogs. She is just a sweet girl who is now ready for a forever home. She is in Tennessee but can be transported to you through Rescue Riders.
