Story
Beethoven or Buzz is soo loving and affectionate. He is easy-going. He is very bright, and knows many commands, such as sit, down, off, stay, and so forth. He is good on leash or off. He will not run away off leash. Because he is a Border Collie, he is a herder and prefers to herd you rather than run away from you. He is moderate energetic. He can entertain himself, but not throughout the day. Just a portion of it. He is very athletic. He likes to play fetch and basked ball. He is good at stealing the ball without fouling. He has a great vertical leap. He is well socialized and very good with adults, children, and dogs. He has a bit too much energy and intellect to be suited for an apartment or a Condo. He is best suited for a single family home with a yard. He would be great on a farm or ranch, also. He requires and active adult or Adults and children. Children make him happy. Because he is a Border Collie he is not suited to be crated. He could hurt himself.

Story
Hi, my name is Junior! I am a bit of a nervous boy, so I will need a patient owner who can go slow with me as I reveal my sweet, cuddly side. I was brought to the shelter after my owner passed away, so there have been a lot of big changes in my life, which can be scary for a dog like me, but I'm a marshmallow under this gruff exterior. I get along with some other dogs and cats, and I am housetrained, crate trained, and like car rides! Come meet me today!
