*Name: Scruffy *Age: 3 years old *Current Weight: 16lbs  *Rescued from: Georgia  *Adoption fee: $475  (plus $150 spay/neuter deposit, see below for more information) Meet Scruffy! Look at this scruffy little face... how could you not fall in love?  Scruffy may be a little bit shy at first, but you can't blame him, he hasn't had the chance to learn that the world isn't a big scary place yet.  Scruffy was recently taken in by Animal Control and landed himself in an overcrowded shelter in rural Georgia after being confiscated in a hoarding situation. Thankfully, he wasn't in too bad shape, especially compared to the other dogs who were living beside him, and thanks to our rescue partners he's ready to get a fresh start.  If you give this little guy a chance, you're sure to see his adorable personality shine through, with tail wags, body wiggles, and gentle, hopeful eyes. He's just looking for his person or forever family to help give him comfort, stability and love. In return, he'll gladly give you companionship, understanding, and unconditional love.  Are you willing to help Scruffy get his second chance?  IMPORTANT: This dog has not yet been altered. SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption. For the well-being of our dogs, our kennels are closed to the public for general viewing. If you are interested in one of our dogs, please call 1-800-452-0114 for more information or stop by our shelters 12:00pm- 4:30pm, 7 days a week and speak to one of our adoption counselors.<br/><br/>~ I can live in any size home, including apartments, as long as my new family understands that I like to use my voice. <br/>~ I have not had much experience with children but am willing to consider sharing my home with older, dog-savvy kids who can be gentle and respectful of pets.<br/>~ I have not had much experience with cats or dogs but am willing to consider sharing my home with a furry friend.<br/>~ I am calm but have my moments of energy and need to get some exercise every day.<br/>~ I am a great dog with lots of potential. I need a family with general dog experience.

I'm Pippa, a 1-year-old Border Terrier with a sweet scruffy white and black coat and a heart full of love to give 🐾 I'm already spayed and ready for my forever home — I'm great with other dogs and kids, so I'll fit right into the action! I'm affectionate, friendly, and playful, with just enough silly energy to keep you laughing, and I'm smart as a whip too ❤️ I'm currently in the Paws In Prison program learning basic commands and good puppy manners. When I graduate, I will be crate trained, leash trained, and house trained... I will basically be perfect. I am spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and on a monthly heartworm preventive.
