Story
Meet Itta, My brother and I were dumped on a back country road, left to figure life out on our own. Thankfully, a kind lady found us and made sure we were safe. Since then, life has been so much better, full of good meals, soft beds, and lots of love. I did get lightly hit by a car on my back leg before I was rescued. I still have a little limp , but it gets better every single day. I’m expected to return to a normal gait, and it certainly doesn’t slow down my sweet personality. If you’re looking for the perfect bed buddy, I’m your girl. I love to snuggle close, soak up affection, and just be near my people. After a rough start, I’m more than ready for a lifetime of love and comfort. He/she is hw ( heartworm) negative, fully vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped. Story
Meet Bena, My sister, Itta, and I are forever grateful for a second chance. We were dumped on a lonely country road, scared and searching for food wherever we could find it. Thankfully, a kind lady noticed us and started feeding us every day until we were finally safe enough to be caught. Since then, life has been pretty amazing. We’ve learned what it feels like to be loved, spoiled, and cared for the way every dog should be. I’ve discovered one of my favorite things ever — riding in a truck with the window down, watching the world go by. I’m happiest right by your side, ready for the next little adventure. I’m a sweet soul with a thankful heart, and now all I need is a forever family to love me for the rest of my life. He/she is hw ( heartworm) negative, fully vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped. Story
~ I can live in any size home, including apartments.
~ I want to live with adults but may consider teenagers pending introduction.
~ I may like to live with a cat but I have not had much experience living with dogs. I may be willing to share my home with a canine companion.
~ I love walks and playtime and would appreciate a home where I can get regular exercise every day.
~ I am a great dog with lots of potential. I would do best with a family who has owned dogs before and is familiar with reading canine body language.
~ I have some special needs but still have lots of life to live and love to give. Please ask the adoption counselor to explain when you visit with me.

Meet Apollo, a sweet, happy, energetic boy looking for a fresh start after his family was displaced by a house fire. Apollo loves attention, cuddling with his people, car rides, walks, and playing with stuffed or squeaky toys. Hes vocal, affectionate, and enjoys being part of the action. Apollo previously lived in an adults-only home and would do best with adults or possibly respectful teenagers pending an introduction. He has lived with a cat before, does well with other dogs, and may enjoy sharing his home with a canine companion. His previous owner also reported that he is crate trained and fairly social in public settings. Apollo can take a little time to adjust to new environments and may also be somewhat head shy at first, so hell thrive with patient adopters who respect his space and allow him time to settle in. He would do best with a dog-savvy family committed to helping him feel safe and supported. He may do well in a variety of home settings, including apartments, as long as he receives regular exercise and enrichment.
