Story
Dante will be 2 years old in April. He is a purebred bordoodle from mountain rose bordoodles in Utah. He is hypoallergenic. He suffers from hydrocephalus of the brain. Due to his hydrocephalus he will suffer from seizures the rest of his life when over stimulated. He is also blind in his left eye. We have spent the past year working with some of the best neurologists in Colorado, and have found a medication regiment that really works. He truly is an amazing and sweet dog, it breaks our hearts to have to put him up for adoption. We have a toddler that has way too much energy around him, that can sometimes cause a seizure. We also have another baby on the way and fear that would just add to his over stimulation. He has never bitten anyone, but you can tell he gets uncomfortable when the energy gets high. He will do better in a home with undivided attention and love. He is great with others dogs, we have two other ones. Just wants to snuggle

Story
Meet Ronda!Ronda is a sweet, playful gal who may be a little shy at first—but give her a few days, and she’ll blossom into your new best friend. She’s an active pup who loves to run around and is learning to play fetch (though sometimes she gets so excited she forgets to bring the toy back!). Ronda is adjusting wonderfully to life outside the shelter. She’s mostly potty trained and will let you know when she needs to go out, but if she can’t hold it, she’ll use potty pads. She gets so excited to play outside that she sometimes needs a gentle reminder that it’s also potty time. Walks are still a little intimidating for her, but with patience and encouragement, she’s learning that they can be fun. Ronda is a Kelpie mix, though on the smaller side—she may even have some Chihuahua in her. No matter her mix, she’s a lovable, playful companion who is eager to bond with her forever family. She would do best in a home without young children. Slow introductions to other dogs are best, and while she’s still figuring out cats, she knows to leave them alone when told. Ronda can’t wait to meet her perfect match. Come see her at an adoption event—she just might steal your heart! ##2461439##

Story
Remi is a bright, beautiful 4-year-old Border Collie with a fun, loving, and wonderfully quirky personality. She is incredibly smart, has done agility training, knows many tricks, and truly enjoys learning. She also enjoys hikes. Her favorite thing in the world is being outside, especially when shes chasing a ball. A home with a fenced backyard where she can play and explore would be ideal. Remi is good with kids and forms strong bonds with her people. She does have some anxiety and thrives best in a calm, structured environment where she can feel safe and settled. She does best as the only dog or with male dogs, as she does not get along with female dogs. This difficult rehoming decision comes from love. Remi does not get along with the other female Border Collie in the home, and she deserves a peaceful environment where she can thrive. She is spayed and has received regular vet care, though she is currently behind on two vaccinations, which her new family will need to update.

Story
Meet Katy! Katy traveled all the way from a Kansas Humane Society to her foster home in Colorado, and now at just 13 weeks old, she's blossoming into the sweetest little companion. Her foster mom calls her Ruby — inspired by those magical ruby slippers from the Wizard of Oz — because like Dorothy, Ruby's journey from Kansas is leading her to her forever home!   She has spaniel ears and some terrier qualities. I would be surprised if she gets to be 30 pounds.  She's making great strides with her puppy manners and potty training, sleeps through the night like a dream, and enjoys her crate as her cozy sanctuary. She's a playful pup who romps happily with her foster sister and loves snuggles with her people when she is done playing. She is scheduled to be spayed on January 23rd and will be available for adoption after her recovery. Ruby would thrive in any loving home — she's great with dogs, fantastic with people, and has all the makings of a loyal best friend. If you're ready for puppy kisses, endless cuddles, and a loving companion, Katy is waiting to meet you! Head to eapl.com to submit an application and start your happily-ever-after. Her adoption fee is $375January 23, 2026, 11:13 am
