Story
Burkheart: The Giant Teddy Bear Burkheart is estimated to be around 2 years old (possibly a touch older), weighs about 60 pounds, and is basically a super-soft, black-and-white giant teddy bear. His coat is plush, his eyes are soulful, and his heart? Even softer than his fur. Did you notice his adorable cropped tail? He is the most loving fella — gentle, easygoing, and wonderful with both humans and other dogs. No drama. No chaos. Just steady, sweet companionship. He leans in for affection like he’s been waiting his whole life for someone to love on him. Right now, the kind family who found him is keeping him safe while we search for a foster home. But this boy deserves more than temporary. He deserves a real fresh start. Burkheart didn’t ask for much — just a safe space and a little kindness. Imagine what he’d do with a forever home. Would you like to give this beautiful soul a chance at the life he’s been hoping for? If you would like to adopt please apply at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $400 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.   ##2674236##

Story
Meet Peter! Peter is a small, white Mini Schnauzer mix with a lot of personality packed into his little frame. Rescued from the shelter just in time, Peter has been given a second chance at life, and now we’re looking for his perfect forever home. Peter’s ideal adopter is an experienced dog owner who understands that some dogs need a little extra care and patience. Peter has shown some bite tendencies, and while we’re working with a trainer to understand his triggers, it’s important to be mindful of his boundaries. He doesn’t like being picked up and prefers not to be pet unless he comes to you first. When he feels safe and comfortable, Peter can be snuggly and affectionate—but it’s always on his terms. He is good with other dogs, so a canine companion could be a great fit for him. However, because of his biting history, Peter should not be in a home with children. Peter isn’t just a dog—he’s a work in progress who needs someone willing to invest time, patience, and love into helping him thrive. In the right home, Peter’s personality will shine, and he’ll reward you with loyalty and companionship. If you’re the experienced, patient adopter Peter needs, please fill out an application on our website. Peter is waiting for someone to see the good dog he truly is and help him live his best life. Once he warms up, Peter is incredibly affectionate and loyal. He would do best in a quiet household with adults or older children who understand his need for patience and kindness. If you’re looking for a sweet, devoted companion, Peter is ready to meet you and start a new chapter in his life!
