Story
This is Betsy - Betsy is absolutely a 'little doll' according to her friends at the shelter! She's got lots of spunk and loves trotting around on walks! Betsy has so many good qualities; she will be a pleasure to have at home. She's house trained; she's kennel trained! She's affectionate and loves to be pet! She's known to have gotten along well with everybody and loves kids! She also loves treats! Watch for her waggy tail; she'll be so happy to see you! We recommend that she be the only dog in your home due to her age. Don't be fooled by her age: she's got a lot of life in her! Come see for yourself!December 5, 2023, 8:12 pm

Please contact Constance (connibouchard@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.Rescued dogIf you are interested in me after reading about me, please visit my site, http://www.breederadoptions.org and follow the instructions. The majority of the dogs we rescue, mostly breeder dogs, have lived their entire lives in less-than-ideal conditions so will need to be socialized, house and leash trained. Most have never lived in a house, walked on a leash, had a treat or sat in a lap. For many of them, their feet have never touched the ground after living for years on wire until they arrive at our main facility where they are evaluated, groomed and given vet care. Most of these dogs are not socialized and need to be cornered to be picked up, so are not suitable for people with physical disabilities or suffer from PTSD. They need folks who will make them the center of their world and help them learn to trust before even attempting to train.  Please do not apply if you do not meet the requirements of the dogs we rescue.  However, they will learn with time, love, patience and most of all, commitment. You must have an ample supply of all of these to reap the rewards of watching these very special dogs become your wonderful companion. We state any known health issues, all are altered unless there is a medical reason not to, which we will advise, any known medical issues addressed, are microchipped, are UTD on all vaccines and have been checked out by at least one veterinarian, usually two. We do not guarantee the health of any of our rescued dogs. The dogs we rescue have lived with other dogs all of their lives and most get along with other dogs. We state if they are dog aggressive. We require a permanent, full-time parent. That means you must be able to spend the majority of your time with your new companion to socialize and train. We do not, under any circumstances, place them in homes with young children as they have not been exposed to children and we do not know how they will react. Please do not waste your time or ours if you are not prepared to adopt within 2 weeks and you are not willing to pick the dog up at its location. Hi! My name is Diesel, and I am a beautiful Boston Terrier who is 4 years old, and I weigh 22 pounds. I need an adopter who is familiar with the needs of my breed. Children over 10 years old would be okay with me. If you have been waiting for a sweet Boston, please ask for me on your application to http://www.breederadoptions.org. Story
🐾 Meet Emma the Pirate Boston Terrier! 🐾 Ahoy there, mateys! Allow us to introduce you to Emma, our charming and spirited little pirate with a heart as big as the seven seas. Emma is not just your ordinary Boston Terrier; she's a super sweet, extremely intelligent, and well-mannered love bug who's on the lookout for her forever crew! Emma's tale is one of resilience and bravery. Despite her one-eyed status, she navigates the world with confidence and grace. Completely house and crate trained, this swashbuckling canine companion is as sharp as a cutlass and as gentle as a sea breeze. She walks like a true lady on a leash, mindful of her pace and always ready for a new adventure. What sets Emma apart, besides her adorable pirate charm, is her impressive repertoire of commands. She's a quick learner and a great listener, making her an ideal first mate for anyone seeking a loyal companion. Whether she's basking in the sunshine outdoors or cuddled up for a cozy nap, Emma's love knows no bounds. Emma is more than just a pet; she's the epitome of a best friend. Her calm demeanor makes her well-suited for an older companion who appreciates the joy of a quiet moment shared together. She's incredibly attentive, ensuring she never treads on her human's toes, making her the perfect shipmate for those seeking a thoughtful and considerate companion. Emma has triumphed over adversity after losing an eye due to trauma early in life. Her journey has left her feeling uneasy around other animals, but inside beats the heart of a loving companion eager to bond with a caring human. She would thrive as the only pet in an adult home where she can receive the individual attention she deserves. Are you ready to invite this courageous and loving pirate into your heart and home? Fill out an adoption application here: Adoption Application Let's make Emma's dreams of a forever home come true. Anchors aweigh! 🏴‍☠️🐾
