I have a cookie named just for me...well I haven't been around since 1912 so I guess I was named after the cookie. Either way, we're both sweet but get this, you won't have any guilt indulging in this Oreo!!! I'm only around 10months old and came in with a broken leg. We got me all fixed up and I can now run and jump and chase the other foster pups around!! I will hold that leg up every once in awhile but then I'm off on my next adventure using that leg just fine. I come in at the top end of the small category of 25lbs. I shouldn't get much bigger(taller) but may but on a few filling-out pounds. I'm a great size for any and all your action adventures but also a great size for being your BFF. I'm pretty quiet, have a super sweet disposition and get along great with other dogs. I could learn to tolerate a cat but it would probably be best if my home was cat free. I'm house and crate trained and let me tell you, that's a fantastic bonus for my new family. I also do well on the leash and love going for my daily walks! Do you need a BFF? A constant in your life? A lil cohort up for any crime you want to try? Welcome Pumpkin to CCPAL Rescue. She is a 2-year old Boston Terrier/Lab or Cattle Dog is our best estimate. She has a rounded head with an upturned nose which has helped us come to this breed mix. She knows sit and will sit nicely for a treat. She likes treats and takes them nicely out of your hand. She likes toys and will give up her toy easily. She is good on leash even though she does pull some. She is very happy and really likes attention. She is good with the dogs that she has met at the shelter. She is also good in her kennel. She is an adorable dog and will make some lucky family a wonderful companion. She would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. She is vaccinated, spayed, healthy and ready for her forever home. She would be a great family companion and would be great with a moderately active family. She is active but will calm down and be relaxed after a small amount of activity. She in our opinion a perfect dog. She would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. She moderately sheds and weighs about 40 pounds. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas. We can also work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. Let me tell you a little about myself. I may be a bit shy at first, but once you get to know me, you'll find that I'm a sweet and happy girl. I've been making strides in gaining confidence every day, thanks to the love and care of my foster family. At home, you'll often find me cuddled up on the couch, soaking in all the affection I can get from my foster mom and siblings. I've really taken a liking to toys, especially when it comes to wrestling with my furry pals. And let's talk about treats—oh boy, I'm a big fan! I'll do just about anything for a tasty snack. Now, I'm still working on some things, like potty training, but I'm making progress, especially when we stick to a good schedule. I'm not a big fan of being alone, especially in a crate, but I do okay when I have my Boston foster brother by my side. I do require another dog in my forever home. When it comes to other dogs, I'm totally cool with them, big or small. In fact, I think having a furry friend around makes life even better! One thing to note is that I'm still getting used to leash training, so I might need a bit more practice in that department. But I love spending time outside in a fenced-in yard, especially when the sun is shining. I do require a fenced yard in my forever home. Overall, I'm a loving and loyal companion who's ready to find my forever home. Meet Gravy, the adorable pup with a heart of gold! Although my name may be Gravy, my foster parents affectionately call me Layne. They say I'm a delightful blend of Boston Terrier and Boxer, but what's certain is that I'm packed with personality and love! At just about a year old, I'm still a playful pup with boundless energy and an insatiable curiosity. Toys are my absolute favorite, and I'll happily entertain myself with balls, stuffed animals, bones, you name it! Playing fetch is a blast, but I'm just as content snuggling up on the couch for some quality downtime. One thing my foster parents rave about is how well-behaved I am. I'm fully housebroken, never making a mess indoors, and I'm a champ at sleeping through the night. Plus, I've got brains to match my cuteness! I'm learning commands like "sit" with gusto, especially if there's a treat involved. Training classes? Sign me up! I'm eager to please and always ready to learn. Living with cats and smaller dogs has taught me valuable lessons in sharing and coexistence. While I might not quite understand that cats aren't up for playtime, I'm a quick learner and respectful of their boundaries. And as for other dogs, I'm learning that sharing is caring, even if it means giving up my favorite spot on the couch. My foster parents think I'd thrive in a home with older kids who can match my energy, or with another playful pup who's up for adventures. Luna is completely deaf!! She needs a home with no other animals! She is a big princess that needs all the attention to be on her. She doesn’t like other dogs and gets nervous around kids, so she shouldn’t be around them unsupervised! She’s a very loving girl, she just needs someone who can give her more time.
