How can anyone resist this face?! Meet Miss Tilly! Tilly came in with a horrible skin infection. She has been undergoing treatment for it and has shown a huge improvement. With weekly medicated baths she will improve even more. She is also on a sensitive diet because we don’t know what caused this allergic reaction. None of this has dampened this beautiful girls spirit. She is full of happiness and love. Tilly’s favorite thing ever has to be a tennis ball but she also enjoys a good squeaky toy. She appears dog friendly and would be good for kids of all ages but they should be respectful of the fact that she is an older girl. This beautiful girl will bring so much joy to any home. Hi! My name is Brandi and I am looking for a forever home. I was picked up as a stray by animal control and taken to a really scary place called a shelter where, after my stray hold was up, I was placed on something bad called "the list". Lucky for me, a small rescue volunteer pulled me right before anything bad could happen to me and then contacted BCAA to see if they could help me and they said yes! I appear to be a Boston terrier mix and the vet thinks I am only about 8 months old, so at about 24lbs the best guess as to my full grown weight may be around 30lbs. I was pretty scared when I first arrived at my foster home but everyone here is being so nice to me, I am starting to realize I am safe and finding I really enjoy getting some attention and treats. I have done well with all of the other dogs I have met and I have gone nose-to-nose with one of the cats here and we were both just interested in checking each other out. I have done well in my crate without any accidents, barking or tearing up of any bedding. I am still learning about that thing called a leash so I will need a fenced yard so I can take care of my business. I met a new friend a few weeks ago and we went for a car trip and I slept like a baby on her lap. I loved sleeping under a blanket with her holding me like a baby. She could hold me any way she wanted and I was in complete heaven. I am fully vetted including being neutered. I was a little thin when I came into rescue, but I have filled out nicely and I am ready for my very own forever family.
