Piggy is an 8-year-old Boston Terrier with the cutest little snort, a big personality and a serious appreciation for the comforts of home.Piggy has lived in a home and recently returned to Canine Collective through no fault of her own when her family's circumstances changed. She's house trained, leash trained, good with other dogs and has even done well with cats.And what a delightful little character she is! Piggy loves being close to her people. She'll happily hop right onto the couch beside you, settle in for cuddles and roll over to request belly rubs. And yes, there is plenty of snorting involved! Don't let that slightly serious Boston Terrier expression fool you — Piggy is a friendly, affectionate girl who thoroughly enjoys attention.Piggy came back to us carrying a few extra "Piggy pounds." She was around 30 pounds when she returned, but she's already down to 27.8! Continuing toward a healthier weight will be important, especially since, like many flat-faced breeds, Piggy doesn't tolerate heat well. During hot weather, she's happiest enjoying the good life indoors in the air conditioning.Piggy also recently had a much-needed dental with seven extractions, so those painful teeth are now behind her. She's feeling good and ready to find her new family!At 8 years old, Piggy is ready for the good life — companionship, a comfy couch, belly rubs, a healthier waistline and a family who appreciates all the snorts that come with this charming little Boston.If your air-conditioned couch has a Piggy-sized space on it, she'd love to meet you! Meet Molly!Molly is a 3½-year-old Boston Terrier who packs plenty of personality into her 23-pound frame. After losing her home through no fault of her own, this sweet girl is looking for a family to call her own once again.A little timid when first meeting new people, Molly quickly reveals her affectionate side. She loves being close to her humans, and according to her previous owner, one of her favorite ways to greet visitors is by hopping right into their laps for some quality cuddle time.Molly is described as a low-to-medium energy companion who enjoys relaxing with her people as much as she enjoys a leisurely outing. She's house trained, crate trained, rides well in the car, gets along with other dogs, and even knows the command "drop." While leash walking wasn't something she had much experience with previously, she impressed our volunteers and the veterinary staff with how nicely she walked during her vet visit.Her previous owner indicated that Molly does well with older children, though her experience with toddlers is unknown. She is a dominant female so more submissive male dogs would be more her style.
