She loves curling up in a comfy dog bed while her foster mama watches TV! She has met other dogs and even a cat and does fantastic! She loved the company of the other dogs and respected the cats space and didn`t chase him. History: Gidget is a super handsome fella who was transferred to rescue when he went unclaimed at a local impound. He is doing well in rescue and is a happy, friendly kiddo who will make a great addition to a lucky home of his very own! A Note from the Foster: Gidget is one of the sweetest fosters I've ever had. He is loving. He is as happy as can be. He loves other dogs. I don't know about cats as I don't have any. I would say older children as he does jump on people, but not in an aggressive way, just in an excited way. He would benefit from some training as he is very smart, eager to please and a fast learner. He could use some training in commands and to help with his socialization, as he is just a puppy. He is extremely food/treat motivated. He is 90% potty trained at my house and has never peed in my house. He does have #2 kennel accidents now and then if he does not go to the bathroom outside after feeding. He does great on a leash and LOVES going for walks. He does NOT, however, like the cold. I think as the weather warms up, he will be easy to potty train (he's about 90%of the way there, now). Gidget deserves another dog to play with him to wrestle and run around the yard with. He is in a fenced yard at my house and I think that would be best for him as he likes to wander around the yard some with the weather warming up. If you want an adorable, funny, sweet cuddle bug who wants nothing more than to snuggle up in your lap or do zoomies in the yard as the weather gets warmer, look no further. Gidget is your guy. He is going to be a tough one to let go of!

Hi, I`m Dionne! A 9-month-old, ~25 lb Boston Terrier mix. I am a timid little girl at first, but once I warm up and feel safe, I am the silliest, sweetest, most loving and loyal companion one could ask for.Personality:Dionne may start off a little cautious with new people, but once she feels safe, she becomes an affectionate, loyal little shadow. She’s a pro snuggler, gives excellent kisses, and enjoys short bursts of playful energy before settling in for cuddles. She loves; walks, scratches, toys, treats, bones, showing off her smarts with tricks, and even chasing her own tail.Training & House Manners:- Potty trained- Sleeps through the night quietly in her crate and keeps it clean- Crate trained during the workday — relaxes calmly while her foster parents are away- SUPER SMART and treat-motivated which makes her eager to please/learn, she already knows “sit”, `lay`, `paw`, `high five` `sit pretty` and continues to learn more each day!- Needs work on the leash. She loves getting out for walks and enjoys all the smells - we are working on training as there is some leash pulling mostly due to excitement and some barking at strangers (humans and other dogs) on walks, positive signs of improvement here already, but she will need continued training here!- Loves scratches and will melt in your lap if you hit the right spotGood with dogs and kids, but too excited for cats!
