Story
Meet Dionne!Dionne is a 7-month-old, ~20 lb Boston Terrier mix with a gentle heart, a love for cozy companionship, and the cutest big pointy “radar” ears you’ve ever seen.Personality:Dionne may start off a little cautious with new people, but once she feels safe, she becomes an affectionate, loyal little shadow. She’s a pro snuggler, gives excellent kisses, and enjoys short bursts of playful energy before settling in for cuddles. She loves toys, treats, bones, and even chasing her own tail.Training & House Manners:- Potty trained — knows to go outside, working on signaling when she needs to go out, but with a consistent schedule no accidents! - Sleeps through the night quietly in her crate and keeps it clean- Crate trained during the workday — relaxes calmly while her foster parents are away- Treat-motivated and already knows “sit”- Good on leash and enjoys getting out for walksGood with dogs, kids, but too excited for cats! More on this: - Dogs: Yes! She enjoys the resident dog in her foster home and loved meeting dogs of all sizes at a recent adoption event.- Kids: Yes! She was gentle, sweet, and loved climbing into laps for kisses.- Cats: No. Dionne gets overly excited around cats, so she will need a cat-free home.Ideal Home:Dionne will thrive with an adopter who can give her a little time and patience to warm up. Once she trusts you, she bonds deeply and becomes a devoted, loving companion—with those adorable radar ears always tuned in to her favorite people.Follow Her JourneyFind more stories, photos, and videos of Dionne on our social pages:Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/JrsPupsNStuffIncInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/jrspupsnstuff/Ready to meet Dionne? Story
Meet Ellie Mae, a 14 month old Boston Terrier who already had two litters of pups. I promise she is not a grumpy girl but is actually sweet as pie. Ellie Mae loves dogs and kids of all ages. She’s working hard on potty training. She sleeps nicely in her crate at night, travels well in a car, loves to snuggle and would absolutely love a family of her own. Squeaky toys are her babies now and loves them so much. She’s not much of a barker.Ellie Mae was recently spayed and vetted. She would love a home for Christmas. Please make Ellie Mae’s Christmas Wish come true.Fostered in Allenton, WIAPPLY AT WWW.NBSTR.ORG

Story
Interested in adoption? The first step is an application at paddyspaws.blogspot.com. Please do not apply if pets in the home are not up to date per our website requirements or are not altered. We only accept applications from Wisconsin. Greg was originally adopted over a year ago but his family is seeking a new home. Greg loves his people and does well with the dogs in his home. He struggles with visitors and needs a home that can work with this and be consistent with the boundaries bulldogs need. He’s a lovable lump, but becomes a bossy bouncer to those he’s not sure should be admitted into his house. Greg has experienced IVDD as many frenchies do, so a home that has one level would help Greg keep his back safe. He can live with other dogs who won’t play rough with him or challenge him to do more than his potato body should. Frenchie are not beginner dogs so someone who knows and understands the breed is a must. Being a frenchie, preference will be given to those who are committed and experienced with this breed. Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and once approved a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $250. Story
Meet Marco! Marco is a lovable Frenchie who gets along well with other dogs and has a sweet, affectionate personality. Marco is a happy, healthy Frenchie with no known medical issues, but he is looking for a forever family who understands French Bulldogs and their potential for unique medical needs. Marco lives with lots of other dogs and has experience with older kids. He is a snuggly potato who loves warm, cozy blankets and toys. He's truly a gem! Please do not apply if you do not have French Bulldog experience. Interested in adoption? The first step is an application at paddyspaws.blogspot.com. Please do not apply if pets in the home are not up to date per our website requirements or are not altered. Our rescue adopts to Wisconsin and Illinois. Our requirements for Illinois applications are: excellent vet history, no children under 7 in the home, and an owned home. Wisconsin does not have these requirements, though we will not consider applications where pets are missing core veterinary care. Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and once approved a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $250.
