Our neighbor has a pitbull that barks constantly and she just looks at him and mind her business. I’m no longer to care for her. Due to medical reason. I need a total shoulder replacement that will be hard for me to care for her the way she needs me to. My husband works in Broward County for 12 hours a day. We are both disabled military veterans. Also Zoi is a house dog. We are asking for a loving home for Zoi.
