Story

Cloudy is a phenomenal dog who loves everyone, both human and canine. He has a part-time job as a playgroup greeter and he loves to play with his dog pals. He is a huge fan of the kiddie pool and loves to have fun. When he is at his most playful he has a sort of bunny hop movement that will keep you amused for hours. He loves to show off his good manners, sitting politely for treats (even his favorite ones) and always paying attention to what yoh want him to do. When you take him out and about he is the perfect gentleman! Cloudy’s favorite pastime by far is playing in the kiddie pool. It brings him the most incredible joy that is contagious. We have never seen him in a larger pool but we suspect he would love it even more. This dog is a gem.

A joyful almost four-year-old Boxer/American Pitbull Terrier mix currently in Canton, NC, whose lively spirit and sleek black coat with a bright white chest patch make every day feel like a celebration. Tula is a medium sized girl who weighs about 50 pounds and carries herself with the athletic bounce of a dog who loves movement, connection, and fun with her favorite people. Her greeting style is unforgettable, full body tail wags, happy wiggles, and an enthusiastic little 'arrrooooo' that sounds like she simply must tell you how excited she is to see you! Playtime is high on Tula's list of favorite activities, especially a good game of fetch followed by snuggles close to her favorite human. After a day filled with walks, play, and learning opportunities she happily curls up beside her person for cozy rest, sometimes sharing soft snores that sound like the sweetest white noise. Tula is smart, attentive, and eager to learn with positive reinforcement. She already knows sit, down, leave it, focus, and has excellent recall, which makes training sessions fun and rewarding for everyone involved.
